Ryker woke up to hear, Thena crying and calling his name.
Ryker got up and walked into the bedroom and listened to her cries,
she was moaning half the time, and crying the other half. In side
it all she was calling to Ryker, at one point he heard her say, “I
love you Ryker now and always have loved you.” Then he heard, “no
Seeker don’t do it, no please don’t Ryker!” Thena’s words
disappeared in a quick inhale and her tears.
    Ryker wondered
who the hell is Seeker, why was she begging him not to do something
what did she say raw don’t ray. Hell that doesn’t make sense.
Don’t’ rap, suddenly his fist hit the door and wood splintered he
tried to rape her, I will kill the son of a bitch. He won’t live
another day if I find out he actually raped her! Thena never heard
his fist hit the door, nor did she hear Ryker swearing.
    When Thena
fall back into a deep sleep Ryker stood there frowning at her, “so
you never stopped loving me sweetheart. Well then this might not be
as difficult as I thought it might be to get you to see we belong
together.” Ryker turned got back into his make shift bed and fall a
sleep while wondering who Seeker was and how he was going to kill
the bastard, and what else had he done to Thena.
    When the sun
light came into the window, he woke looked around it took him a
minute to realize where he was then he jumped up and looked in the
bedroom door. Thena was still in bed a sleep thank goodness. He
looked at her and his shaft grew hard and bigger then normal and he
had to get his shaft down before Thena woke and saw him. He rushed
off to the bathroom, used the toilet and took a quick shower, a
cool one and came out. He stretched his arms and legs and muscles
to work the kinks out of them from sleeping on the floor.
    Ryker checked
on Thena and she was still a sleep. He wondered about that since
she was an early riser so the fact that it was already eight in the
morning and her still in bed had him concerned. He walked into the
bed rested his hand against her forehead it felt fine, cool to the
touch. He listened to her breathing and it sounded a little
rattled, but that did not surprise him with having water forced
down her throat and nose. He placed his hand under the sheets and
touched her leg and it was warm. He pulled his hand out and looked
at her face and smiled she was just a sleep. He should not have
been surprised with the lost blood from the gun shot wound and
after last night it will take a little time for her too recuperate
from the ordeals. Cats may have nine lives he thought, but it takes
them a little longer to recover then werewolves. But she was also a
werewolf, but leaned more towards the cats.
    Just then
Thena’s cell phone rang and he picked it up and said, “Hello!”
    Hi Ryker old
man; how you doing this is Zand,” Zand said with a big smile.
    Ryker smiled
deeply, “Zand I am great and how about you, and that glorious mate
you have? How did you know it was me?”
    “Alexis is
just fine and so are the two pups. Ryker your voice would be
recognized by anyone it is such a deep baritone. Thena asked me to
do some checking around on Melrodger Courtoreille, and I have the
word on the street for Thena.”
    Damn Zand you
now got two pups’ last I heard you had your first one on the way.
Time flies when you’re having fun!” Ryker laughed! “What is it Zand
I need to know to help Thena,” Ryker said with a knitted brows.
    “The word on
the street is that Melrodger wants not only Seeker killed, but he
wants Thena dead as well, she is the only tie in to Michael Claims
death and Melrodger connection. Seeker is the man who was with
Melrodger’s son Cue when he was killed. Get Thena to a safe place
Ryker you your welcome to come up to the alpha house with Storm and
Wind take residence in one of the cabins, if it is to far there is
also Rain Walker and his mate Amethyst’s place they also have
vacant cabins you can use. Storm and Rain are brothers; both will
certainly
