fast, but that did leave room to practice. They definitely needed lots of sweaty, hot practice. Sean slipped to the floor in front of Jonathan. He wasn’t sure how they’d managed to find each other and make the connection so fast, but he wasn’t knocking it—not any longer.
“Still hungry?” Jonathan reclined against the doorframe. “We don’t have to get food.”
Are you nuts, he wanted to say. Hell, yes he was hungry for more than food. He wanted to be with Jonathan. “Let me put on my shirt, and we’ll go. My belly’s rumbling, and we’re having a good time.”
The tips of Jonathan’s ears burned. He looked away as he stood then disappeared into the living room.
“Wait.” Sean grabbed the first shirt he found and hurried after his friend. “We… Was that your first time?”
“Giving head?” Jonathan shrugged. “Nah.” His ears turned even redder, and the color filtered down his face to his neck. He swallowed hard. “When I was in college, a few friends and I used to get each other off. It wasn’t anything serious.”
Sean clasped Jonathan’s hand. “Serious or not, you’re good. Got me off fast.” He softly pinned Jonathan between his body and the trailer door. “I don’t care what you’ve done in your past. God knows I’ve got no right to judge.”
“Sean.”
“Say that again.” He loved hearing his name coming from Jonathan’s lips. “Please?”
“Sean,” Jonathan murmured. “It wasn’t anything. We were playing around. My friends wanted to know if they could be gay and if I could be turned.” He averted his gaze again. “Sorry. Too much information.”
“No.” He wrapped his arms around Jonathan. “Everyone experiments in college. As for turning you back to the light side, it doesn’t really happen unless you’re bi-sexual. I don’t care what you are. I like you. I want to go out tonight and get to know you even better.”
Jonathan’s lips parted, and he finally stared at Sean.
“Come on.” Sean pulled away from Jonathan long enough to tug his shirt down over his head. He picked up his pass, keys and wallet. “How far away is the sub shop?”
“Just a couple of blocks.” Jonathan had found his gumption again and wasn’t so skittish. He strolled away from the trailer and tucked his hands into his pockets. At a distance, his youth became more obvious. He kept his head low and didn’t say much.
“Ready.” Sean locked the trailer door then tucked his belongings into his front pocket. He wanted to drape his arm around Jonathan’s, but he’d seen the way the extra actor had done the same and was rebuked. They walked in silence up to the main gate.
The guard nodded. “Where are you headed out to?” He held up a tablet. “I need to mark it in case something happens to you.”
“What’s the name of the sub place?” Sean turned to Jonathan.
“The Funky Sub Shop,” Jonathan answered.
“That’s the name?” the guard asked.
“Yeah,” Jonathan said. “They have black lights and music posters all over the place. It’s legit and approved by the health inspector. It’s just a funky place.”
Sean grinned. He’d wanted to see the more colorful parts of Cleveland. Jonathan wasn’t disappointing on pretty much any account. “Did you want something? My treat.”
“If they’ve got a ham and cheese, I’ll take one. Thanks.” The guard opened the gate. “Be safe. I don’t want Tony on my ass because you got held up or shot or something.”
“It’s only seven. We’ll be fine.” Sean headed through the gate and waited for Jonathan. “We’ll be back.”
The guard nodded.
Once Sean and Jonathan got to the end of the block, Sean offered his hand. “Hey. I won’t bite.”
“I know you won’t.” Jonathan kept his hands in his pockets.
“Why are you being shy? Did I do something wrong?” Sean stepped in front of Jonathan, stopping their forward movement. “Talk to me.”
“It’s nothing.” Jonathan shook his
