    Ingredients:
½ Tbsp. Coconut Oil
Pepper, Salt (As Desired)
Frozen Vegetable Of Your Choice
4 Eggs
Spinach
Other Spices (As Desired)
    Preparations
Wash all of your fresh ingredients
Put vegetables on paper towel to dry
Crack your eggs and stir until mixed well
Pick out the spices you are in the mood for
Get your pressure cooker out and ready to cook
    Let’s Get Cooking!
Grab your pressure cooker and put it on medium heat for this recipe.
Pour coconut oil into the bottom of the cooker, make sure there is enough to cover the bottom.
Next stir in vegetables and stir making sure coat all vegetables in the coconut oil.
Now put in the spinach and make sure to mix the all the ingredients thoroughly.
Mix in any of your favorite spices (try new spices) and toss completely.
Let it cook till eggs are cooked and ingredients are hot throughout 10 – 25 minutes while stirring occasionally.
Grab some plates and be ready to be carried away with all the flavors.

    Ingredients:
5 large bananas – firm, sliced into ½ inch rounds
3 Tbsp. of natural honey
Fresh lemon juice (1/2 lemon)
1 Tbsp. of unrefined coconut oil
1/4 tsp. of ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. of natural rum extract
    Let’s Get Cooking!
In your crock pot, combine the cinnamon, coconut oil, and fresh lemon juice and honey together. Add the bananas and gently toss to coat each piece.
Cover and set the temperature on low. Allow to cook for 1 and ½ to about 2 hours. Add the rum extract towards the end of the cooking process.
    Cooking Tip:
I love rum in my banana puddings, so I would always add rum extract every time I make them. But
