unceremoniously dumped onto the mattress when Dolf pushed her off him before he got out of bed. A second later, she squinted as her eyes tried to adjust to the room’s bright light, which he’d crossed the room to switch on.
“Brand visited you at your parents’ house? Today?”
Dolf stood there in all his naked glory. With the room no longer dark, Maggie had no problem seeing his well-muscled body. It was a sight to behold. She ran her gaze over him, finding it hard to focus on what he said, especially when she landed on his flaccid cock.
“Maggie,” he said with an exasperated edge.
“Huh?” she asked, looking up at his handsome face.
“Brand. I asked you about Brand.” He walked back over to the bed and stood in front of her.
“Oh. Sorry. After seeing you and Chris at the coffee shop, I returned home to find Cydney and Wulfric there, talking to my mum. Brand was there as well, in wolf form. Mum thought he was a dog.”
    “What did he do?”
“Nothing really. Cydney had me take him to the back garden where he gave me what I would call some ‘shock therapy.’”
    “Describe this ‘shock therapy.’”
“Well, he basically kept shifting in and out of his wolf form until it no longer bothered me. He then moved on to his werewolf one, forcing me to really look at him. To see I was in no danger. I can’t say I feel as easy with that one as I am with the wolf, but I’m no longer terrified.”
Dolf shook his head and groaned. “Brand should’ve kept his nose out of it. There was a good chance it could’ve backfired on him, and you could’ve ended up even more fearful than before.”
She grabbed his hand and tugged him back onto the bed with her. “It didn’t, so don’t go putting your nose out of joint about it.”
“So you won’t mind if I do this then.”
Dolf’s body blurred as he went wolf. In this form, his fur was the same reddish brown as his hair. The same dark brown eyes stared back at her, only they were a wolf’s with most of the iris taking up the white. Lying with his back paws under him and his front ones extended, Dolf edged closer, pressing against her body. His fur was soft and he felt warm along her skin. To prove she wasn’t afraid, she reached out and stroked the top of his head. She even scratched behind his ear for good measure.
“See,” Maggie said as she ran her hand down his back. “I’m not running away in fear.”
She then almost took back those words when the wolf’s body blurred and Dolf took on his werewolf form. The bed bounced as he stretched out next to her on his side. A large, clawed hand took hold of her waist and rolled her toward him. Instinctively, she placed her own on his furred chest to keep some space between them. She felt her heart rate speed up.
“Relax, Maggie,” Dolf said in a voice that was gruff and deep. “It’s still me in here. I just look a bit different.”
“That’s it? Just a bit?” she asked incredulously. “I’d say more than that. Your body is covered in fur and you have a wolf’s head. You even have a tail. Not to mention the fact you’re now huge.”
“I’ll take that last part as a compliment to my manhood.”
Maggie smacked Dolf on the chest. “That’s not what I meant.” She would’ve pulled her hand away, but he put his over it to hold it there.
“Touch me, Maggie. You know I’ll never hurt you, even when I’m in this form. I’m not Stephen.”
“I know you aren’t, and that you won’t.”

Chapter Seven

Dolf waited to see what Maggie would do next. A part of him deep inside breathed a sigh of relief to hear her say she knew he wouldn’t harm her. It was a step in the right direction.
So had been making love. Having Maggie in his arms, sinking his cock into her pussy over and over again, was a pleasure unlike any he’d felt before. It’d been intense, and something he wanted for all eternity. He knew she wasn’t ready to hear that from him yet, so he kept it to himself. But
