out of every year traveling for photo shoots, enjoying different women in every city.  His phone rang constantly with a new request from another desperate woman thinking they could change him.  He spent the rest of his time in the gym, getting more and more fit and more handsome every day.
She looked at his lips.  They were perfect.  Women would kill for lips like that.  His gray blue eyes were always clear and focused on her.  His skin was flawless, his look effortless.  And on top of the beautiful package was a big shiny bow by way of his perfect, sexy growl of a voice.  No one was safe.  He was a predator and even the shyest of prey would drop at his feet.
“Where’d you go?”  Kevin rubbed her cheek.  “I lost you for a minute.”
“This is totally crazy.”  Her eyes locked with his and the familiar zap of desire hit her full force.
“Maybe.”  He crawled on top of her and kissed her.  His lips were soft and caressed all her fears away.   As he slid into her, she completely relaxed.  If anyone had ever been made for her, it was Kevin Merck.  And with each stroke of his body, he reminded her just how dangerous this could be.
His pace was even and slow, full of emotion and her body screamed for more.  She wanted all of him.  Fast.  Hard.  But as he smiled, his face only inches from hers, the dam broke.  She loved him.  And he was showing her that he loved her too.  She wasn’t ready for this.  Panic bubbled to the surface.
“I’ve got you, baby.  Don’t think.  Just be with me here in this room.  Right now.”
She scraped her nails down his back and whispered.  “You make me feel so good.”
Her legs started to tremble .  It was his cue she was close.  He circled his hips and kissed her neck.  She shivered as a whimper escaped her lips.  “Together baby.  Always together.”  And as he pushed into her a final time, she exploded around him, tears forming in her eyes as the pleasure was too much.

Chapter 12
Kevin reached over and grabbed at cold sheets.  Panic rose from his chest and he dressed quickly.  The Moretti guest room was pitch black and cold and he shivered as he slipped on his shoes.  A sliver of light came from under the bathroom door.  Taking a chance, he pushed it open.
Andi sat on the edge of the tub with her face in her hands.  Her shoulders shook and she softly cried.  Fear shot through his body as he watched her.  Had he hurt her?  Had he pushed her away?
“Andi?”  Kevin knelt in front of her.  “What’s wrong?”
She couldn’t make eye contact.  Her tears came faster and a sob left her throat.   He felt it in his soul.  He pulled her into an embrace and held her until she quieted.  Everything about the moment was strained.  His heart echoed through his ears.  The faucet dripped one slow drip reminding him that time did not stand still for anyone.
“Did I hurt you?  Did I hurt us?”  Kevin pulled her hands from her face.  “Please talk to me.”
She nodded her head no and bit her lip.  She was more beautiful in that moment than any woman he had ever seen.  Her tanned face was flawless, even with dried tears.  Her big, brown eyes sparkled, even when red from crying.  She blew a strand of hair from her forehead and Kevin couldn’t help but smile.  He pulled her in for a hug convinced wishing he could freeze this moment.  “You are the most beautiful woman in the entire world.”
“Kevin.”  Andi pushed against his chest.  “This can’t change anything.  Promise me.  Promise me I won’t lose you.  You’re one of my best friends.”
“I don’t want to be your friend.”  Kevin’s heart broke.
“What?”  Tears filled her eyes once more.
“Andi, I don’t want to be your friend.  I want to be more than that.  A lot more.  Baby, tell me you know that.”
She backed away from him.  “I don’t understand.”
He sighed.  This beautiful, smart woman was driving him insane.  He took her
