Everyone thought that moving without feet was easy when in reality it was a complex blend of twists and shifting of scales. She peeked over the edge of the bed at him, and he was back in human form. She resumed her normal shape. “Not as easy as it looks, is it?” He gave her a rueful grin. “Not at all. I believe that I need some remedial classes.” She moved off the bed and draped herself over him. “I know just the instructor. Author’s Note
Another month, another Shifting Crossroads. In our next instalment, we meet a panda with control issues and a bearcat with a fixation on all things Black and White . A pair of hunters is partnered under duress, and since both of their forms get attention, they have to do all their shifter tracking in their human forms. It is a helluva handicap.
