the line to pay for the things when her phone rang, she smiled because she knew it was Mykell; his ringtone was ‘Run Tha Streetz’ by Tupac.
    “Hey baby,” she answered
    “Hey ma, where you at?”
“I’m on my way home, I had to stop by the gas station," she replied
“You pumping gas at night? You know I don’t like that,” Mykell said concerned.
“I know but I was running low, but I’ll be safe.”
“I know, see you when you get here, love you.”
“Love you too.” She hung up her phone, turned around and bumped into a hard chest. “I’m sorry,” she said looking up.
She smiled at the familiar face she would never forget, Kamil.
He smiled back, “ It’s cool ma, no harm done.”
“Hey you,” she said giving him a hug.
“Hey yourself, what you doing out at night.”
“Just stopped to get some gas and snacks.”
“Well let me pay for that for you.”
She let him pay for her snacks and gas, and he even pumped it for her.
“Hey I been meaning to get in contact with you, do you still work at Hooters?”
    “Yes, I do, why wassup?”
“I have a better job proposition for you.” He said
She looked at him with a raised eyebrow, he laughed.
“Not like that ma, I want you to come be a bartender or waitress at my club?”
“A strip club?” she asked skeptically.
“Not at all, you remember club Xscape right?”
“Yea, that’s your club?” she asked shocked.
“Yup and I want you to come work for me, you can think about it for a while then give me a call with your answer.” He said opening her car do for her.
“Alright, put your number in my phone.” She said handing him her iPhone.
He put his number in her phone then called his phone so he could have her number also.
“Aight, I’ll lock you in my phone, now get home safe.”
When Neicey got home, she talked to Mykell about the job offer to see how he would feel about it. At first he was skeptical about it because he didn’t want his fiancé working at a club but he also didn’t care for her working at Hooters either. He would prefer for her to stay at home and let him take care of her but he knew that would never happen. Eventually he gave in because he knew that once her mind was made up, there was no changing it.
Neicey went upstairs and checked on MJ, he was in the bed sleeping peacefully like he didn’t have a care in the world. She kissed him on the forehead and headed to the master bedroom. She pulled out her phone and called Kamil. He answered the phone on the second ring. “I wasn’t expecting to hear from you so early.”
She chuckled, “Well hello to you too Boss Man”
“Ahh Boss Man, so I take it that you accept my job offer?” he said hopefully.
    “Yes, but under certain circumstances,”
    “I’m open to anything.”
“Okay well, you know I’m also in school so therefore I would probably only be able to work the weekends.”
“Ohh that’s fine, I understand that education comes first. So we can work with that.”
That made her smile, “Okay so when do you want me to start Boss Man?”
“This weekend, come to the club around 8:00 so I can get you ready and get you everything you need.” He said happily.
“Alright, I can do that. See you then.”

That Friday, Neicey walked through the doors of club Xscape at 8:00 on the dot. She was ready to see what the night would bring. She spotted Kamil sitting at the bar talking to the bartender so she went over and tapped him on the shoulder. “How you doing Boss Man?”
“There she is, I was just talking about you,” he said as he got up to hug her.
“All good things I hope.” She hugged him back.
“Of course, this is Johnny, he will be helping you out tonight with the bar.” He said introducing her to the bartender.
    “Hey Johnny,”
“Hey to yourself, nice to finally meet you Reneice.”
“Nice to meet you too and call me Neicey.” She turned to Kamil and asked him what she needed to learn first.
    “Well first we have
