you don’t tell us right now, I’m going to turn you over my knee and paddle your ass until you do.”
Jesse pressed a hand to her stomach as nerves made it jump. She doubted that he would actually spank her but the look on his face told her that he wanted an answer and his patience had worn out.
She looked beseechingly at Clay who met her gaze steadily, lifting a brow as she continued to stare. No help there.
    She looked back at
Rio. “I don’t know if I can explain it.”
    “Try.”
Rio’s voice brooked no argument.
She squirmed in his arms, pushing against his chest. He reluctantly let go, as if sensing that she needed the space. He gave her some, but not too much as he held on to one of her ankles, stroking tenderly.
“Come on, baby.” Clay ran a hand comfortingly over her calf.
“It just got to be too much,” Jesse whispered and took a deep breath. “I haven’t felt so much in such a long time, I guess it kind of overwhelmed me.”
She looked up at them, meeting their gazes steadily. “It’s like being cold for so long that you become numb to it. You don’t realize how cold you’ve become until you’re covered by a warm blanket.” She swallowed the tears that threatened again.
“ You were the warm blanket. It hurt after being cold for so long, and I guess it kind of scared me.” Her eyes went back and forth between them. “I didn’t think it would be like this. I can’t stay here. I have obligations at home that I can’t walk away from.”
Clay pulled her to him, nestling her between his thighs and she leaned back against his chest.
“We’ll work everything out, baby.” Clay started washing her with the shower gel
Rio must have found in her bag, handing
Rio the tube. “You’re exhausted. Just relax and let us take care of everything.”
Rio washed her legs, moving upward as Clay lathered her breasts, her nipples plainly visible through the suds.
“I don’t want to get hurt,” Jesse whispered reluctantly.
Clay pulled her hair back until her head rested on his shoulder. “We’re not about to hurt you, but we’re not willing to let you go, either.”
His lips met hers as he ran his hands over her breasts, the soap making them slippery.
    “We’re crazy about you, darlin’.”
Rio’s fingers slipped to her folds.
“You don’t even know me,” she protested, then gasped as their wicked hands bathed her.
    “We know you well enough,”
Rio assured her. “We started to fall for you the moment we saw you and we’ve been falling ever since.”
Clay rinsed her and methodically washed the rest of her and she felt her eyelids begin to droop.
“We also know that you’re tired and too sore for anything else tonight.”
They finished bathing her, even washing her hair.
Rio dried her and rubbed her peach lotion on her skin while Clay showered. Clay dried her hair while
Rio showered, then carried her naked into the bedroom.
When Jesse fell asleep, her head on
Rio’s shoulder, Clay met his brother’s eyes over Jesse’s head and saw the supreme satisfaction on
Rio’s face. He knew the same look had to be on his own. He had never felt such complete happiness in his life.
Their loving gazes caressed the woman between them, the woman who had already imbedded herself in their hearts.
    “I love her already.”
Rio’s said softly.
“I know.” Clay’s said just as softly. “She’s perfect.” He sighed in contentment as Jesse turned in her sleep toward him and he pillowed her head with his shoulder. “Thank God we finally found her.”

Chapter 5

Jesse woke the next morning to the smell of coffee. She stretched languorously, groaning as sore muscles protested. Smiling as she remembered why, she opened her eyes. And grinned.
Rio sat on the side of the bed next to her, a cup of coffee in his hand. He smiled when she looked at him.
“Good mornin’, beautiful.” His lips felt warm and tasted of coffee as he nuzzled hers tenderly, pushing her hair
