Miles won’t do as that sounds like someone artistic. I guess the s makes the name sound soft and musical. Larry, Barry, Freddie are secondary character names—the ‘ ee ’ sound at the name makes them gentler, not alpha male. However, if you want your hero to be a gentle musician, then call him Larry Miles.”
    His look was one of amazement. “Wow. I’ve never given much academic thought to what I call my characters before now.”
    She felt herself flushing. “Okay, Garin has met up with fellow bounty hunter, Rayn, who takes one look at the lovely Felissa and is overwhelmed with desire. However, she has to return it because if she doesn’t, Rayn becomes the bad guy in the eyes of the reader for wanting her.”
    Matt continued the line of thought, getting into her synopsis. “Yeah, and Felissa, despite being attracted to Garin originally, is falling for Rayn because she sees Garin as the bad guy as he is the one who kidnapped her. So the tension builds until Garin and Rayn have a fight over Felissa.”
    Lissa picked it up eagerly. “She is angry at them, goes off in a huff, and doesn’t realize that they have stopped fighting since before this they were really good friends and they have come to their senses.”
    He jumped up from the sofa excited. “And they decide to both make love to her, and this is where my planned scene comes in when they go into the bedroom where the girl is waiting for them.”
    She frowned. “Uh-uh. What does this mean for me? And why do the scenes we practice always have to include intimacy?”
    “Because those are the scenes I need most help with.”
    “Humph.”
    “Come on—I need you in the bedroom.” He pulled her up from the floor and led her into the other room. As he did, she trembled with anticipation. So far Matt had tied her up and touched her breasts. Then he tied her up—this was clearly a favorite theme of his—whipped her, and kissed her passionately. Then last time ripped her clothes and sucked her breasts. And then he had finger-fucked her. She quivered remembering how good it felt. What on earth would he do this time?

    Wagging a finger at her, he moved forward to help her out of her clothes. “Uh-uh. You’ll spoil the mood. Felissa has no idea what is going to happen to her.”
    It was her turn to say, “Uh-uh.” She crossed her arms stopping his attempt to unbutton her top. “You’re telling me they’ve come into the room and found her naked. Quite why she would be naked on a bed when the two men have just had a fight I’ve no idea.”
    He chuckled. “Because I’ve made it that way. God, you’re being literal again. Okay, this scene can be totally from her viewpoint, and she expects one or the other to come into the room to make love to her and is excited about it, so she gets ready for them. Will that do?”
    She said laughingly, “I guess. Turn round so I can re-create this. Go on.” She waited until he did despite his look of disbelief. Although he had seen bits of her body before, she was still embarrassed and it would be the first time she was totally naked in front of him. Quickly taking off her clothes, she scampered onto the bed. “Um, Matt, why is she lying crossways on the bed?”
