sentence.
"Was who?   Finish the damn sentence Queen.   Who was it?"
    "Okay, it was Logic."
"Yeah, and how did that work out?   I'll tell you how it worked out.   That boy has you sprung like a broke ass clock.   I could see the confusion in your face when I arrived.   He fucked your shit up when he showed up.   Didn't he?"
"I'll admit that he threw me.   But in retrospect I'm glad I slept with Paul.   If not I don't know if I'd have the courage to resist Logic and pursue this thing with Paul."
"That's the first thing I thought when Paul called me.   I've seen firsthand how weak you are for Logic."
    "I can't believe he's here.   I keep thinking that it's a dream."
"It's a dream alright a damn nightmare." Jade interrupted.   "I'm only going to say this once.   Leave Logic's ass alone.   He's going to do everything in his power to come between you and Paul."
"I think he's already accomplished that mission. Well, he ’ s at least planted a seed of doubt.   Paul's different."
    "How so?"
"He seems distant and guarded now. I don ’ t think he trusts me. Not to mention he ’ s mad as hell."
"Queen, why wouldn't he be.   Who the hell follows a woman across four states for some damn pussy?   He knows that Logic's still in love with you.   What he doesn't know is how you feel about Logic.   Matter of fact, go up stairs and talk to him right now.   Judging by the expression on his face you got a lot of damage control to do."
"I'll go when we're done.   I can't deal with it or him right now."
"No, you'll go right now.   I got this.   Go find Paul and just tell him what's up."
    “ Jade how can I tell him what ’ s up when I don ’ t even know what ’ s up myself? ”
“ Do you want to be with him? ”
“ Yeah, I wanted to, but I don ’ t think it ’ s going to work. He thinks I ’ m playing games with his heart and shit.   If he doesn ’ t trust me then we ’ ll just be wasting each other ’ s time. ”
“ Just go up stairs and talk to the man.   Stop jumping to conclusions. ”
Reluctantly Queen goes upstairs to talk to Paul.   As she enters the great room she finds Teddy watching the game.   "Bear, where's Paul?"
Teddy scratches his balls and motions upstairs with the remote control.   "He's in his room I guess."
    "Thanks."
"So what's up with you and that fool?   Are you still in love with him or what?"
"Can I talk to Paul about that first?"
"Good luck with that shit.   He's fuckin pissed."
    "About what?"
"Talk to him and find out." Teddy replied as he channel surfed during the commercials.
"Sounds to me like he's not the only one who ’ s pissed." Queen said as she climbed the stairs to the bedroom.
"Whatever.   I would have just beat that bitches ass if you were mine." Teddy grumbled.
Queen ignores the comment and continues upstairs.   Uncertain which room Paul was in she knocked on the first door she came to.   "Paul, it's Queen.   Can I come in?"
There was no answer so she moved to the next door.   "Paul, it's Queen."
To her surprise the first door she knocked on opens up.   She enters the room to find Paul stretched out on the king size bed watching the same game that Teddy was watching.   He continues to watch the game and nurse a bottle of imported beer as Queen sits beside him on the bed.
"Is this a bad time to talk?   I can come back after the game goes off if you want me to," She offers.
"Depends on what you want to talk about.   What's up?"   He asked as he puts down the beer and cuts off the TV.
"I'm sorry about all the confusion today."
    "What confusion?"
"With Logic showing up and stuff."
"Why are you apologizing?   You didn't do anything."
"I didn't get a chance to completely explain my situation before all this went down.   So, it's understandable that you're a little pissed."
"I'm not mad at you.   I get it.   Hell if you left me without a word I'd come looking for you too."
"Believe me that's not how it went down.   A lot of
