felt like a stranger to me.  McKayla was right, I was going to regret this and my only hope now was that I made it home to tell her I would never be stupid again.
My heart slammed against my chest as I noticed dozens of other women, undressed and wearing the stupid collars, filtering up on stage.  He was bat shit crazy if he thought I was going to be one of them, and I struggled to pull my arm from his hold.  What the fuck were they going to do if I left?  Tie me down?  Good luck with that!
Seth was like an immovable object as I attempted to get away, and he drug me away from the stage and back to a vacant spot of the room like some caveman.  “I swear to God if you don’t get your hand off me I’m kicking your ass!”  I’d had enough of his macho attitude and sick games, playtime was over and I was done!
“Do you require assistance?” An older gentleman, I assumed because of the grey hair, seemed amused at the situation as he joined us, and I wanted to slap him for interfering.  My mood was so not in a place where I could deal with more idiotic men.
“This one’s a little feisty, and needs to be calmed down.  But I thank you for your offer.” Seth’s tone was formal and the feeling that I didn’t know him at all came back.
“Perhaps seeing what we do to little girls that don’t mind their manners would be a lesson for her.” The older man motioned to a door behind us, and Seth, with his grip so tight I feared he’d bruise my flesh, turned toward it.  Opening the door, what I thought was fear earlier had nothing on the terror that washed over my mind at the vision.
A woman not much older than myself had her hands stretched taught above her head, bound by thick ropes to a wooden slave rack.  The position looked painful even without seeing a masked man beating her with a whip.  Holy shit!  I’d known Seth was a control freak, but seeing this display made me understand that I had missed just how far he took it.
“He’s very talented, never leaves a mark.”  The older gentleman acted like that was a feat that should be praised when I wanted to scream at the asshole for hurting the woman.  Only my sense of self-preservation kept me from opening my mouth.
“Indeed a skill,” Seth agreed and my racing heart increased, making breathing even harder.  “If my pet refuses to listen I may use his talents.”  What I knew in that moment was that he would and I’d never been more afraid of a human being in my life.
“The inspections are about to begin.  Let me know if you need to delay while you get your girl in the right frame of mind.”  The man looked down at me, and I could see in his eyes that he was hoping for another show.  Creepy ass bastard!
“You’re choice, girl.  Do you need a demonstration or should we continue to the stage?” Seth was acting like a ruthless piece of shit, and I hated him for it.
My mind ran over my options and thought about the distance to the door.  These fuckers were not normal and I didn’t put it past them not to chase me down.  I could live through one night of this, but I swore to myself when I got out of this mess I’d never trust him or any other man again.
“The stage.” I wanted to kick him in the balls, but that could happen after I was free of this insane asylum he’d brought me to.
“Pity.”  The older man chuckled as he walked away. In my opinion, he needed his ass kicked, too.
Seth didn’t give me time to rethink my agreement, as if I’d had any choice in the matter at all.  Instead he walked me back into the main room, and to that dreaded stage where the women were lined up like cattle with all their charms on display.  To the right of the stage was a small room and I was led into it.
“Undress and put this on.”  He pulled a small thin white leather collar from his pocket that looked similar to the one the man had on that opened the door for us.  I took it from his hand with more than a little
