that you can handle your own but still it was my fault and I don’t take that lightly.  I love you so much and there is nothing that will ever change that.  You are the one for me baby, and I want you to know that I will never let nothing or anyone come between us.” I’m glad that he finally told me what was bothering him but damn, he had a bitch tearing up.
“I love you too, baby, and thank you for letting me know what was wrong with you.  You can always talk to me, baby,” I told him.  He kissed me passionately and then grabbed my hand and took me inside. I was immediately blown away.
The front hall was decorated with rose petals down the hallway; we followed the petals to a heart made with more rose petals, with three boxes in the middle.  The first box was a big ass box and I think I had a feeling on what that was, and the second was a somewhat smaller box and the third one was even smaller.  Damn a bitch is about to get hella jewelry , I said to myself.
We walked into the middle of the rose petal heart and he dropped down on one knee.  “What the fuck,” I said before I starting crying. “Seriously baby?” I asked.  I was shaking with excitement.
“Baby, like I said outside—you are the one for me.  I can’t live another day without knowing that you are going to be my wife.  I want you to be Mrs. Brandon Chase.  Will you marry a nigga?” he said and we laughed.  I kissed him deeply before answering.  I noticed that he had the box in his hand but he didn’t open it.  I wondered what that was about.
“Well, what do you say baby?” he asked.
“Yes! I will marry you, baby.  I love you so much and I can’t wait to spend my life with you as well.  Now open the damn box and put the ring on me!” I said.
He laughed and shook his head no.  Okay, now I was really confused as to what was going on but I decided that I was just going to go with the flow.
He took out the biggest box first and just as I suspected, it was a Cartier Love Bracelet in yellow gold.  For those of you who don’t know what that is, it is a bracelet that the person that you love screws together on your arm and you are supposed to keep it on forever.  I always said that I wanted that from the person that I was going to marry.
He screwed the bracelet on my arm and I was so in love with it!  I never told him that it’s what I wanted and I know that Tanesha didn’t either, so it was good to know that he thought just like me.  I wasn’t going anywhere.
He opened up the second box and inside were two keys.  One was a house key of some sort which was weird because hello, we were already living in a house.  The second was car keys to a Range Rover which was also weird because I didn’t see one outside.  I wasn’t thinking about that right now anyways.  All I was focused on was the ring; I was ready to see what it looked like.
“Baby, we’re about to go somewhere that I know you are going to like which is what these keys are for.” Of course he wanted to procrastinate. I couldn’t take it anymore.  I wanted to see the damn ring and now!
I took the box and he laughed.  I opened it and the water works started again.  It was a 5-carat white gold halo ring.  The same one that I told Ace that I liked when we went shopping for Tanesha’s ring.  These niggas were something else I tell you that.
“Baby, I love it so much! You were planning this the whole time with Ace, huh?” I said.
“I can neither confirm nor deny. Now let’s go to the next surprise,” he said laughing.  I was wondering what the next surprise was and was not ready for what happened next.

This day has literally been the best day of my life!  My baby girl said that she would marry me but I was trying not to be a pussy nigga and cry.  I couldn’t help but let a few tears fall down, though.  This woman really meant a lot to me and I just kept having this feeling like I was going to lose her.  That is one of the
