his face.  He leaned in and kissed me like usual but this felt different.  His kisses were always good, but this one had a fire to it. Ok, maybe I haven’t been friend zoned after all.   I giggled.

“Hey you,” I said blushing slightly.
“Hey sexy,” he said with a looked that oozed sex.  I guess I was worried for nothing.  I quietly breathed a sigh of relief.
“Are you ready for this ass whooping?”
“And she starts off trash talking ladies and gentlemen,” he laughed.  “I’m ready baby doll and I hope you brought your 'A' game because when you lose I don’t wanna hear any whining.”
“The only one whining will be you. Whining like a little bitch.”
“Ha you are a trash talking queen.  Cursing and all.”  He laughed and his eyes sparkled.
“I break out the swears when I mean business buddy,” I winked.

We walked in holding hands but as soon as we hit the door we let go and became fierce competitors.  I think I may have knocked a little kid out of the way racing him to one of the games. I hate losing and he had an unfair height advantage, but all is fair in love and Dave & Buster’s games.  I hadn’t laughed that hard in a long time.  Between fruit ninja, skee ball (that’s my game) and several others, we ended the night with way too many tickets.  Most of them were from him.  I may be a sore loser and a trash talker but he did indeed kick my butt.

“Congrats! I guess.”  I said sorely teasing him.
“You guess?” He laughed.  “You were a worthy competitor.  Now bring me my spoils woman!”
“You mean your eleven thousand tickets aren’t enough?”
    “Nope! I’m greedy!”
“And what would you like as your prize sir?”
He leaned down and whispered in my ear.
    “You.”
    “Oh, umm…well.”
Still in my ear, “Is that ok?”
    “Well…I…umm.”
It was the moment that I was waiting for and I was about to mess it up.

“Is that a no?”  He stepped back and looked at me concerned.
“No!” I said a little too quickly. He smiled and leaned back into my ear.
“Good because I intend to collect tonight.”
    Yes, yes, yes! I thought.
“Is that right?” I leaned back and looked up at him through my eyelashes.
“Keep looking at me like that and I won’t make it much longer.”
“I hate to make you wait but are you going to cash in your tickets?”
“Here you pick out whatever you want.”
“Are you trying to butter me up sir?”
“I haven’t begun to butter you up.” He said and kissed me.  I felt like all the oxygen had been sucked out my lungs.  Damn that man can kiss, I thought.
“Hmmm…well I have had my eye on that plush minion doll all night.”  I laughed.
“The lady wants and the lady shall receive.”

Wyatt used his tickets to get me a three foot tall Despicable Me Minion doll. I have no idea how many tickets he'd actually won, but he still had a ton left after the doll.  Since we both had other things on our mind, he gave the rest to a little kid that looked to be about five or six.  To Wyatt the tickets were no big deal but the look on that little boy’s face was priceless.  It was like he had just seen Santa or something.   In that moment Wyatt became even sexier.

“Meet me back at my house, winner gets to pick dessert.” I shouted as I shoved past him and ran to my car.  Again, unfair height advantage I had to take opportunities when I could.
“I already know what I want.” He winked.

I don’t know how but he beat me, to my own house but he did.  I'm guessing he knew some shortcut that I didn’t or he had hit all the green lights and I hadn't.  All I know is that I didn’t see him from the time that I pulled out of the parking lot, ahead of him, until I pulled up to my place and he was already there.  He was leaning up against his truck waiting for me. Dammit! I thought.

“So about that dessert that I want,” he said as we walked to my apartment.
    “And what would
