The S weetest Lesbian
I’ve had a crush on someone now for well
over a year but she’s a lesbian and unobtainable, at least for me.
My name is Derek and I’m a thirty-two year old professional
plumber. I met Crystal when I was called out to do a job in her
apartment and fell in love the moment I saw her. Of course, at the
time I couldn’t possibly know that she was a lesbian, so I tried to
court her.
I’d finished the job, which was only the
replacement of a leaking pipe under the sink and we talked
afterwards. She offered me a drink, which I accepted and I started
to notice the things that attracted me to her.
She had long blonde hair and blue eyes. Her
smile was infectious and her body was a perfect ten. When she
talked, she had this sort of bubbly way about her, as if everything
we talked about was very interesting. By the time the conversation
was over, I’d plucked up enough courage to ask her out for dinner
and to my surprise, she said she’d love to.
I picked her up the following night and took
her to my favorite Italian restaurant, where we had a great meal
and a wonderful conversation. I’d felt the night had gone really
well, so I decided to go to the next stage by asking her out again,
only this time to my apartment, where I would cook a candle lit
meal for the both of us. That was when she turned to me and told me
a few things about herself.
“Derek, there is something you should know
about me. First, I have to say that I really enjoyed your company
tonight. The meal was excellent and the conversation enjoyable. In
fact, I haven’t spent such a great night with a man for ages. The
fact is though I’m a lesbian and I have no interest in having sex
with a man,” she said.
To say I was disappointed would be an
understatement. However, I appreciated her honesty and decided
there and then, that if I couldn’t have her as a partner I would
love to have her as a friend.
“Well, of all the things that could happen
tonight, that revelation took me completely by surprise,” I
confessed, “however, I’d still love you to come for dinner at my
place. I see nothing wrong with having a female friend, even if she
is unobtainable.”
“In that case, I’d love to,” replied
Crystal.
That was how we met and that’s how it was,
up until a month ago. Even after finding out, that she preferred
the opposite sex, I still enjoyed her company immensely. You’d have
to meet her to understand, she was the kind of person that would do
anything for you. She trusted, although some would say, too much.
Even after all I’d learned about her I was still in love. I didn’t
tell her, mainly because I didn’t want to spoil what we had
together. Anyway, after six months of enjoying one another’s
company Crystal met a young woman by the name of Rebecca, whom it
turned out was Bi-Sexual. I was introduced to Rebecca after their
first date. I think I wanted to hate her but it turned out that I
liked her straight away. She was funny for one thing and everyone
likes a person with a sense of humor. She made Crystal laugh and
seeing that was enough to make me believe that perhaps she had
found someone special in her life. My relationship was quickly
explained to Rebecca and we soon became friends as well. A month
after meeting Rebecca I’d turned up to join them both for a meal,
which was cooked by Rebecca. Once Rebecca had taken my coat, I was
informed that Crystal was having a shower and that she’d be joining
us shortly. I sensed as I sat down that there was something on
Rebecca’s mind and waited.
“Derek, you love Crystal don’t you?” she
said suddenly.
That took me by surprise but I
responded.
“From the moment I met her.”
“I knew it, does she know?”
“No, and please don’t tell her. I know I
can’t have her as a partner but I still cherish our friendship,” I
replied.
“I won’t say anything but this can only lead
to tears, for you, you know?” she said.
“I don’t think so; I mean I’ve accepted
