me?”
“Hell yeah, and why not? I would love for you to be my baby daddy someday. If we ever slept together,” she laughed.
Anton grinned. “Yeah, if we ever slept together,” he mocked her. “I wonder what your sister would say about that.”
Samantha frowned, shaking her head. “No telling. She wouldn’t be pleased though, I can tell you that.”
“I’m sure she wouldn’t be,” Anton chimed in.
“Speaking of my sister, I wonder what she is doing tonight on her hot date with her new man.”

Sheila looked over at Jay. He was very handsome with his red Ralph Lauren polo shirt on and a hint of his white tee showing underneath. He had on a Khaki pair of Ralph Lauren cargo pants and a pair of all white Ralph Lauren sneakers. This was right up her alley and it looked like he came from her side of town. She couldn’t believe he cleaned up so nicely outside of the shop. She smiled as he looked over at her.
“What’s up, sexy?” he asked. He turned down his radio a little bit so he could hear her.
“Nothing much, Jay,” she blushed. “I was just admiring the way you dress outside the shop. You look very good.”
“Thank you, Sheila. You look smoking hot in that red strapless dress you’re wearing. Who is that by, Gucci?” She was shocked that he knew his brands so well. “The matching Gucci pumps really look sexy on you, too.” He smiled.
She fidgeted with her fingers. Jay was very in tune with what she wore and didn’t skip a beat. He was always on point, just like the night before when he called out her Black Coogi “Chained” dress that she wore. She hoped he wasn’t an undercover muscled up gay guy who worked in an auto mechanic shop to try to throw people off.
    “What’s wrong, sexy?” he asked.
“I’m just shocked at how you call out what I’m wearing. You seem to be on top of your game. That shit don’t happen with men, unless they’re gay or something.”
Jay fell out laughing. “I hope you weren’t thinking I was gay.”
“No,” she said, but she really was and he wasn’t helping her one bit.
“Listen sexy, I don’t like to tell people this because I don’t want them treating me differently, but I’m born into a family with money. I know you’ve heard of Lewis Law firm. I’m sure you’ve seen all the commercials on TV.”
“Yeah, Lewis Law firm is the biggest law firm in Augusta, GA. They helped my daddy win a lawsuit a few years ago. It was one of the Lewis men that he worked closely with.”
“Was that man named Jason?” he asked. She thought about it for a second.
“Yep, come to think of it I think his name was Jason or Jared. It was something like that.” Jay laughed.
“Jason is my dad, and you could have met Jared too. He’s my uncle, my daddy’s brother.”
“Wow,” she said. “I would have never known.” That explains this new Charger he’s driving.
“And about the clothes, my mom is the head buyer for Nordstrom in Atlanta. Sometimes I attend fashion shows and showings with her. She can always get somebody else to do it, but if she calls on me, then that means she is missing me. So, I have to make it my business to go see her.”
“Oh, that would explain it,” she said, thinking of his ability to know her brands. “Is your mom and dad still together?”
“No, they separated about six years ago. Both of them were too busy living their own life, but my mom now resides in Atlanta.”
    “I see.”
“I do my own thing and am my own person. I love working on cars, even though my dad was hoping I’d become a lawyer like him. I have plans to open my own shop someday. Your daddy knows who I really am, but he doesn’t treat me any differently and that’s why I love working with him.” Scarlett knows who I am too, but you could never know that or you’d find out that we’ve been messing around.
They pulled up to the Bone Fish Grill. Jay got out of his car and walked around to open the passenger door up for Sheila.
