went to her room dreading the conversation she
was about to have. Sasha just hoped that with her mum getting married and
settling down again with a man she loved she might not be too upset.
Sasha continued to pack until she heard the knock on
the door. “Come in.” Her mum came in and sat on her bed moving some things
“Want to tell me what’s going on, Sasha?”
Taking a deep breath she eased it out. “You know I
love you, Mum, right?”
    She nodded.
“I should have told you days ago. I should have said
something when you spoke to me.” Sasha went to her mum and moved things and sat
next to her. “I’m moving in with Savron.”
Her mother looked like she could be knocked over
with a feather. “Savron, as in Britney’s brother?”
“Yes. I’ve been seeing him, and—”
“I think it’s a little early to be moving in with
him.”
Sasha felt like that, but with her busy schedule and
what she’d learned she knew it was a good way to get to know each other
quicker. “It’s just a trial at the moment. With school and dancing it will give
us time to spend together without me having to give anything up. Look, if it
doesn’t work out I can always move back.”
      Her mother
sat quiet for a while studying her, and Sasha started to worry.
“You’ve never been one for rash decisions, and for
you to be willing to do this you must really like him. I want to say no, but
you’re eighteen now, and I can’t stop you. Just promise me you’ll come home if
you don’t like it or something happens you’re uncomfortable with.” Her mum
pulled her to her into a big hug. “I love you so much. I also want to talk to
Savron before you move. “
She nodded against her mum’s shoulder.

The next day at school she grabbed Britney and
yanked her to the side. “Cancel what you had planned for next Saturday night.”
“I can’t, Sasha. Didn’t you have your dancing
competition anyway?”
“Yes. That’s why I need you to cancel.”
“I’ve seen the routine, and I’ll see it if you get
further in the comp, which I know you will. Plus I’ve had a date with Cullen
booked for weeks.”
The bell rang, and Britney walked towards class, but
Sasha tugged on her arm to get her back.
Sasha bit her lip reluctant to tell Britney. “You’ve
seen two of my dancing routines, not my feature, and guess what? I just learned
next Saturday is going to be filmed.”
Britney smiled. “Cool. You’ll be on TV.”
Sasha let go of Britney and bit her nails. “I need
you to keep Savron away.”
“Is he going to come and watch?”
“I don’t know, but let’s just say if he didn’t like
the outfit I wore on my birthday he’ll hate my feature costume, although he’ll
probably hate the routine more. I’d hate to have to explain to my dance partner,
who I have no feelings for other than friends, that my jealous mate, boyfriend,
doesn’t like the routine that we’ve been practicing and perfecting for months
so we have to change. It’s too late to change the routine and be ready for the
competition.”
    “Fine, but you owe me.”
She nodded, and Britney dragged her to their first
class.

Chapter

Savron waited by his car. He felt it better to let
Sasha come to him. He was on a thin thread. His lion wanted their mate; Savron
did, too. He couldn’t sleep without her, and he needed to touch her, hear her
voice.
The bell rang, and he debated if he should get back
in his car but Sasha shocked him when she came out with her friends whom he’d
met the other day and walked straight to him leaning up on her tip-toes and
kissed him.   Her arms came around his
neck, and her tongue sought entry. He opened his mouth and met hers. His hands
came down cupping her arse , and he ground her against
him.
“Oh gross, I’m not helping you move in, Sasha, if
you guys are making out all the time.”
Sasha pulled away, and he ignored his sister. “Hey, gorgeous.” He brushed his lips against hers. “Did I
hear Brit
