a bright corridor. "What the hell, Leo?"

He finally let’s go of me. "I don't like him."

"Marcus? You don't even know him."

He quirks an eyebrow. "Oh, and you do?"

Well shit, he has me there. "How dare you! Don't even think about going there with me! At least I know his name; you don't know most of the girl’s names that you fuck!"

His eyes widen and he stands tall. "You're gonna fuck him?"

    "That's none of your business."

I lean against the cold wall behind me, feeling a little tired. Leo takes a step towards me, his eyes looking softer than before. "Don't go back with him."

    "That's my choice to make."

"I was asking, not telling you." He takes another step closer, we're standing toe-to-toe, placing one of his big hands on the side of my neck. "Please don't leave with him, leave with me?" He leans down, softly brushing his lips against mine. "Be with me again, angel."

His other hand runs through my hair, then travels down my body. When his hand caresses my stomach I freeze. I shouldn't be here, I can't do this. I place my hands on his hard pecs. "I have to go."

I shove past him, opening the door we came through. I scan the dance floor and find Maisy, she's still dancing with Malcolm. I walk over to her and tell her I need to go. When she starts say goodbye to Malcolm I stop her. "No Mase, you stay."

"I'm leaving soon anyway. We can leave together."

"I'm not going back to yours. I have my keys in my bag, I'll go home."

    "You sure?"

"Positive." I turn to see Leo glaring over at me. "I have to go."

Maisy spots Leo too and stops me. "You're gonna explain tomorrow."

I nod, quickly leaving before she can stop me. I walk outside the club, down to where the taxis are usually waiting. I hear footsteps behind me and quickly turn. It's Marcus. Shit. "Sorry Marcus, I'm just gonna go home."

    "Did that scumbag upset you?"

I ignore the fact I don't like that he called Leo. He may be on my shit list, but he's not a scumbag. "It's not that. I just want to go."

He stays with me until I get into a taxi. On the quiet ride home I softly trail my fingers along my stomach, memories flooding me.

Chapter Ten
    Leo

The first thing I see when I walk back into the club is Tanya walking towards the exit, the fucker she was dancing with following her out. I'm not good enough, but she'll leave with someone she doesn't even know! God I'm so angry right now that I want to punch someone, smash their fucking face in, preferably Tanya's date.

I walk up to the bar, drinking my beer, trying to figure out why Tanya is so pissed at me. We had great sex, by far the best I've had, and as far as I know we got on fine. Things have changed since I've been back. I think back to the last time I saw her, we'd had awesome sex the night before and had to keep quiet while Kendal broke up with Jax right outside my bedroom door. We had to keep to Tanya's rules over not telling anyone about us. I thought hearing their breakup pissed her off when she left, but now I'm beginning to think that wasn't the reason. I think it was something more than that, something big, but I've no fucking clue what it was.

As I'm nursing my second beer, I catch sight of Maisy coming towards me. Shit!

She storms up close to me, hands on her hips, looking pissed. "You stupid fuck! What did you say to her?"

"Nothing!" I shrug, my words slightly slurred. It's the truth anyway. I don't know why Tanya stormed out of here. I notice the guy standing behind her and frown. "Well, if it isn't Tanya's dancing partner. What's the matter, Marcus? She let you down? Yeah she does that, shame too because her pussy is golden."

A hard slap on my face stops me from talking. Maisy looks a little shocked that she just did that, her anger quickly returning though. Fuck, did I really just say that about Tan? Shit, I must be drunk!

"You arrogant son of a bitch! You didn't deserve her,
