and filled her mouth with his semen. She continued to lick and suck until she was sure he was done, then pushed up to smile at her men.
“Damn, wildcat,” Hammond said, his hands settling back on her hips to caress her skin. “Gets better every time.”
“Fuck, yeah,” Spencer added, still looking a little dazed, which made Callie smile even broader.
“Next time,” she said, hoping to give them something to look forward to, “we’re going to try something…different.”
The men’s eyes widened. She’d clearly gained their attention and had to keep herself from laughing at their eagerness.
    “What’s different?” Spencer asked.
“It’ll have to be a surprise,” she replied, wanting to keep them on the edge and loving how Hammond’s cock began to harden inside her again. She lifted herself off him, crawled off the table, and threw them what she hoped was an enigmatic smile. “Just be patient, and I promise you’ll be well rewarded.”

Chapter 6

“But I don’t want to stay on the ship,” Callie said, trying hard not to sound like a pouty child being left behind by her parents when they went on an outing. She flopped into the pilot’s seat, mostly because she knew it irritated Hammond to see her in “his” chair. The man was very possessive of his ship, often mentioning that he didn’t even like Spencer doing the flying. Why were men always so damned territorial?
“We told you, baby,” Spencer replied. “These guys are bad news. Let us protect you.”
Hammond put a hand on her shoulder, a move she found condescending enough when paired with Spencer’s remark to slap that hand away. “Aw, c’mon, Callie. Trust us on this one. You’re better off not knowing what’s going on here. Ignorance really can be bliss sometimes.”
“What’s there to protect me from? You’re bringing them the money,” she insisted. “They should be happy with you.” Maybe happy enough to help my kids…
From their stern frowns, she knew that both Spencer and Hammond saw right through her. She wanted to beg their contacts to let her keep the Ampirica to take back to Bromond, and they simply weren’t going to allow it. Guilt weighed heavy on her shoulders as she thought about how she’d abandoned the children who needed her. Instead of doing everything she could to help them, she was drowning in the happiness she’d found in the arms of the men she loved—men who were probably going to be leaving her. Soon .
She did have to admit that they didn’t seem to be in a hurry to get her off the Ecstasy . Even though they’d docked and contacted their…associates—what else could she call criminal conspirators?—neither Hammond nor Spencer had mentioned her leaving. Not once. When she said something about going out and trying to find Lyrianna’s place to see if she could discover any clues to her whereabouts or retrieve any of her sister’s things, they’d all but grounded her to the ship like some kind of teenager who’d broken curfew.
At least they weren’t in a hurry to part ways with her, which made Callie hold onto some hope that they’d developed some feelings for her—perhaps not as strong as the feelings she held for them. But maybe some tender emotions were hiding behind all the macho bravado.
Hammond reached into a cubby on the com, popped it open, and plucked out two receivers. He wiggled one in his ear and handed the other to Spencer, who pushed it in his own ear. Tapping a few controls, Hammond said, “Test. One. Two.” Then he smiled. “Recording’s on.”
An incoming hail set a light blinking on the copilot’s com, and Spencer opened the link. “We’re here, boys! Ready when you are,” a singsong feminine voice called.
Callie bristled, her temper rising suddenly at the notion they were going to meet a woman. Jealousy flared hard and hot despite the fact she knew why they’d arranged this meeting. No way should her heart be that tangled up with these men in such a hurry.
