pouted.
                  “Alright where’s mine though.”
“Muah! Love ya baby daddy.” I laughed.
“Yeah, yeah, yeah, love you too, knucklehead.”
I hung up with Mykell as I was pulling in the driveway. I walked in the house not really ready to end my night. “Bae, where you at?”
                  “Upstairs, come here,” he yelled.
I went upstairs to find Kamil dressed in an all-white Armani suit with the first three buttons of his dress shirt open and purple Stacy Adams. “Damn,” was all I could say.
He turned and looked at me. “Hurry up and get dressed, we’ve got somewhere to be.”
I looked in the garment bag on the bed, and saw a purple tight fitting crop top shirt, and a white long double slit skirt. I looked at him suspiciously wondering what he had up his sleeve. “Oh, the shoes are under the bed.” He smirked before walking out of the room. “Don’t keep me waiting too long.”
I looked under the bed and pulled the shoebox from under it. There were some purple peep-toe high-heeled booties in there that matched my shirt perfectly. I got dressed and combed my new burgundy hair that was bone straight down my back and parted down the middle. When I was pregnant with Romell, my hair grew like mad.
After I was ready, I went downstairs. Kamil was waiting on me with a small box in his hand with a purple ribbon. “About time,” he joked.
“You can’t rush perfection boy, you know that.”
“Your thighs look too damn juicy; I might have to make you change clothes.”
“Whatever, so can I get my present now?”
“How you know this is for you?”
“Because I know, now come on,” I squealed anxiously.
He laughed and pulled out a beautiful tennis bracelet and put it on my wrist. I was in awe. “Happy 21 st birthday baby,” he said kissing me.
                  “Thank you!”
                  “Alright, come on.”
We went outside and got in his Navigator. I sat back and enjoyed the ride, asking no questions. We pulled up to his club. “C’mon baby, I’ve got something I need to check on real quick and I need you to come with me. I don’t feel safe leaving you out here by yourself.”
That was the first time I had been back there since I was raped. It had been a while. I took his hand and we walked through the entrance. “Mil Mil, it’s too dark. You know I can’t see.” Right when I said that, the light came on. “Surprise!” I stood there shocked as hell. Surprised I was. I really wasn’t expecting that. I looked over at Kamil and he had a big smile on his face. “You set me up,” I laughed.
“Happy birthday, Mami,” Lani yelled coming towards me. “You knew this the whole time I was with you today.” She laughed at my pouty face, “Of course I did.”
We made our way to the VIP section. “I wanna give a shout out to the birthday girl, Neicey. You looking real fly tonight boo,” the DJ said. I looked over to his booth and blew him a kiss. I saw my brothers and Mykell chilling at one of the tables. “Happy birthday, Ladybug,” Ramone stood to give me a hug. He looked at my outfit and his eyes damn near popped out of his head. “Where the fuck are the rest of your clothes?”
I just laughed at him, “Chill Mone, I’m 21 now. Let me enjoy my night and you can chew me a new asshole tomorrow.”
“Happy birthday, knucklehead,” Micah said giving me a hug also. “I got yo present out in the
