it’s you, I recognize that long black hair and that birth mark
on the back of your leg anywhere” said my brother Nathan in behind me.
“Holy shit, is that you Marc, Marc Collins?” he said with a hint of mockery in
his voice.
I turned around and smiled. My brother was there with a woman at least ten
years younger than him which would make her a teenager. She was tall blond,
voluptuous, and wore a lot of makeup.
“Hi Nathan, long time no see” I said.
“Long time indeed Alex, what are you two doing here?”
he asked looking at both of us.
“Business meeting Nathan” I retorted.
“Oh? How’s Rob?” he asked smiling smug.
“He’s fine, we’re good” I replied.
Nathan kept his gaze on me, he knew I was lying. He was one of the only people
in my life that could read me like a book, but since our personalities clashed
so much, he often used it against me.
“You and Pam still together Marc?” he asked shifting his gaze toward Marc.
Marc nodded “Yeah, we just had a baby”
“Oh isn’t that wonderful, congratulations” he began and shifted his gaze back
to me “I guess you’re too busy for those. You’re making some huge headlines out
there” he said.
“Actually Nathan, I can’t have kids, it’s impossible”
“Oh that’s too bad, I guess you can’t have everything after all” he said
coldly.
“What the fuck Nathan” said Marc stepping forward.
Nathan laughed “Relax Rambo, this is the way we communicate, right sis?”
“Marc you have that meeting at one, you should go” I said.
“Yeah Marc, and say hello to Pam for me” said Nathan “Actually we have to get
going as well, but sis it’s been unreal seeing you like this. How about I come
by your office next week to discuss things” he said.
“Alright, speak to my assistant” I replied.
“See you soon” he said and left taking the elevator down.
I began to hyperventilate and I lost my balance. Marc held on to me just before
I was about to fall.
“Why the fuck does he want to meet you?” he asked.
“He wants money, he knows about us, and he will tell Rob if I don’t give it to
him”

    CHAPTER
SEVEN

When I got home I took another shower
and tossed everything I was wearing in the wash. Washed all the towels and the
sheets, I didn’t want a hint of smell other than mine in the house.
I took a long bath, removed all my makeup, cleaned the kitchen tidied up and
went to bed.
He’d be home around midnight and he was driving himself home form the airport.
While I was in bed I checked my messages. There was one from Victor and another
from Pam.
Victor: “Guess who the new head designer of men’s wear is!!”
Me: “Congrats!!! I knew you could do it!”
Victor: “Can’t wait to see you this Friday!!”
Me: “ J ”
    Pam:
“I bet you can’t wait till Rob gets home tonight”
Me: “Yes I miss him so much”
Pam: “Well at least one of us is getting fucked tonight :/ ”
Me: “Wear something sexy, perfume, nothing to bed”
Pam: “Tried, tried and tried. He’s already asleep and its 10 o’clock!”
Me: “Wake him! Get on top of him, give him a blow job!”
Pam: “eww!”
Me:”??”
Pam: “Blow jobs are for hookers and desperate women”
Me: “I’m neither one of those my dear Pam”
Pam: “Oh lol …the other day he asked me to and I did,
then he wanted me to swallow, I told him to fuck off”
Christ! I rolled my eyes.
Me: “Ok good night Pam”
Pam: “Eww I never knew that about you!”
Me: “I never knew you were such a prude”
Pam: “Fuck you! I love you, good night”
I cleared all my messages and turned off my phone. I knew I wouldn’t use it
until Friday morning. That put a smile on my face.
    I
woke up later that night to my husband kissing me. His strong hands holding my
face while his tongue was dancing inside my mouth. He was very sensual and he
smelled phenomenal. I wrapped my arms
