    foil.
     
Place the cardboard with the rosettes on it the freezer for at least
    2 hours.
     
The rosettes will need to be very firm when removed from the
    cardboard.
     
Remove from freezer and store in freezer bags.
     
Do this quickly so the rosettes don't become soft.
     
Freeze for up to three months.
     
Use to decorate cakes, frozen pies or any other types of desserts.
