excruciating excitement She shivered again and again as he increased the fervor of his caresses. His roving
hand teased and tantalized until suddenly it found its goal and closed over the dampening heat between her
    legs.
“God!“ he breathed in tones of stark wonder. “You’re on fire. All hot and welcoming for me. I don’t
know how I’ve managed without you!“
Reyna, herself more than a little astounded by the sudden depths of her passion, said nothing, merely
clutched at him more tightly. Her hips twisted and arched against him, and when he pulled away for a
    moment she protested anxiously.
In the moonlight she saw that he was pushing off his swim trunks, and she welcomed him eagerly back
into her arms when he returned to her, naked.
“My sweet, loving Reyna,“ he muttered, stroking tendrils of hair back from her head. He cupped her
face in his hands and kissed her, his legs pushing a little roughly now between hers.
“Trev… Trev, I think I’m going out of my mind!“
“So am I, darling, so am I.“
Then he was lowering his full weight on top of her, mastering her body slowly and completely. She
shuddered as he surged against her, the impact of him a shock to her senses.
At once he stilled. “Have I hurt you, sweetheart? Please, I don’t want to hurt you…!“ His lips feathered
soothingly across her cheek and the lashes which concealed the gray-green eyes.
“No, no!“ She wrapped him closer as the heavy strength of him seemed to satisfy a deep ache in her
body. It was an ache she hadn’t even been consciously aware of until that moment Still he waited, allowing
both of them time to adjust to the intimate feel of each other’s bodies, and then, slowly, so slowly she couldn
’t have said when the movement began, Trev began to build a rhythm that would lead toward an
    ungovernable crescendo.
He crushed her heavily into the sheets, but his weight was a source of excitement in itself. From head to
toe, Reyna felt deliriously as if she were one with him. The hardness of him seemed a perfect counterpoint
to the softness of her own body. His gruff, masculine tenderness complemented her feminine gentleness,
and when she arched wildly in his arms he took a very evident satisfaction in riding the frenzy of her
excitement Reyna’s nails raked across Trev’s shoulders as her passion swept blindly out of control. Her
cries were short, breathless sounds that gave him pleasure.
    “Reyna!“
Her name was a husky, impeded growl on his lips as she surrendered completely, uninhibitedly in his
embrace. She sensed his own lack of control now as they were both swept into the vortex of the storm they
    had created.
Ultimately the growing thread of spiraling passion snapped. Reyna shuddered convulsively as the
bursting sensation took her. She felt teeth sinking into her lower lip and it took her a mindless instant to
realize it was Trev as he locked her close.
He let the shivers of completion wash through her, holding back his own satisfaction in order to enjoy
hers first When at last she began to descend, he gave in to his driving need, and she heard the muffled,
indecipherable exclamation on his lips as he found his own thorough satisfaction. Slowly, languidly, they
    came down together.
Long moments passed in the rumpled, moonlit bed. Reyna, her eyes still closed, was aware of the
perspiration-damp warmth of Trev’s body as he continued to sprawl across her. She was also vaguely
aware of sand in the bed. Her toes found it as her foot moved idly across the sheet.
“Stop twitching,“ Trev murmured on a note of soft, indulgent humor as he cradled his dark head more
    comfortably against her breast.
    “I’m not twitching.“
“Yes, you are. I can feel your foot moving around down there.“
“Sorry. There’s sand in the bed,“ she explained, her fingers lifting to wander absently through his tousled
    hair.
“I’ll buy you a new bed.“
“That should take care of the
