wiped out. My body felt completely boneless, nothing seemed to be functioning including my brain.
Nic lifted up off me, bent down and kissed me on the lips. Before I could say anything he was gone. He literally vanished into thin air. But that wasn’t possible. “How in the hell did he do that?” I asked myself. Maybe he just moves that damn quick. I still couldn’t get my body to cooperate. My limbs were like jelly.
I laid unmoving, my body slowly waking up. Once my brain came back on bored I was fuming pissed. Who the fuck does that Mother Fucker think he is? I’m not sure if I’m pissed because he gave me the best orgasms of my life then hauled ass afterwards or because he pinned me to the damn bed, wouldn’t let me up and marked me against my will. Well, against my better judgment anyway.
I stretched my arms and legs, making sure everything was working properly again. Once everything seemed to be functioning properly, I jumped out of bed and ran to the bathroom. I stood in front of the mirror and pulled my shirt aside. Sure enough, there was a scar in the shape of his teeth. Surrounded by it was some type of winged tribal pattern with a crest paw print and a wolf head that looked like it was howling at the moon. If I wasn’t so pissed off that the bastard just tied me to him for the rest of my life I’d probably appreciate it more.

REVENGE

I woke up Monday morning still fuming pissed. I stomped downstairs to the kitchen to have breakfast and coffee with Sam. I swear if I see Nic at the ranch today I’m going to murder him. A voice in my head kept telling me it was wrong and I was going to regret it. Even though I felt a tinge of guilt over wanting to cause Nic bodily harm I chose to push it to the back of my mind and ignore it. I didn’t even come out of my room for the rest of the day yesterday. Sam came up to check on me and that’s when she seen my mark. After explaining what happened she wanted to chase after him right then and there. But I told her revenge is sweet and it was mine to take.
Sam knows me well enough that she begged me not to do something stupid. She didn’t ask me not to do something I would regret because she know s that no matter what I do I will not regret it. So she was happy with me promising not to do something stupid. Which I’m not. I’m going to do something brilliant. Something for everyone to see and something no one will ever forget. This my lovelies I will go down in history for.
I walked over to the counter, grabbed a mug out of the cabinet and filled it to the rim with straight black coffee. I usually have cream and sugar but I needed to wake up quick for what I had planned.
    “Okay Jessi spill,” said Sam.
“Nope. I’m not dragging you into this. The less you know the better,” I said over the rim of my cup blowing on my coffee.
    “Come on Jess,” she begged.
“No. You’ll find out soon enough.”
“Yeah but maybe I can help. The asshole deserves anything you dish out for what he did. No one should be marked like that, it’s supposed to be special,” she pleads.
I snorted. “Oh it was special alright,” I said sarcastically.
    “Come on Jess.”
“No. Now I have to go wish me luck,” I said waving and walking out the door.
“Good luck,” she yelled after me.
I smiled as I climbed into my truck. I sat there for a minute and realized I might need a faster get a way. I jumped out of the truck, closed the door and locked it. I ran back inside and up the stairs. Sam came running after me.
“What’s wrong? Did you forget something?” she asked clearly worried.
I didn’t say a word and started stripping off my clothes. I reached in my closet, pulled out my ridding gear and held it up to Sam with an evil smile on my face. Sam laughed, “well, should I be worried why you’re taking the bike?”
“ Faster get a way,” I said smiling pulling on my black leather pants. I went through my dresser, pulled out a black cami and
