flirted.
“You might, but I’d be suspicious that you’re trying to get out of a ticket.” Josh dropped
his hand on his side arm.
Brian hopped off the hood and walked over, holding out the flowers. “Mrs. Jackson wanted to wish us a happy anniversary.” Brian craned his neck to look at the car. “Were you called to fill in? I thought you had the night off.”
Already disappointment gathered in his chest. He’d wanted tonight to be special. Instead, Josh was working. His smile twisted as he realized he’d just have to get used to it. He supposed that it was a small consequence to have the man of your dreams in your life. Sometimes the job called him away, but in the end, Josh always came home to Brian not the badge.
Brian sighed as Josh took the flowers. “I’d kiss you and tell you to be safe, but the cameras are rolling.”
“No, they aren’t.” Josh pulled him close. “I’m off duty.”
Brian glanced from the car to pointedly look at the perfectly pressed blues Josh wore.
Josh chuckled. “I believe one of your fantasies is to get frisked and fucked over the hood of a cruiser, is it not?”
Brian’s eyes widened. “How did you…?”
“A year ago, I didn’t just find a screwdriver in your pocket. You were sporting wood. Now I know you well enough to follow your train of thought.” Josh winked at him. “But to keep things a little more private, I thought I’d leave the spotlight off tonight.”
Brian couldn’t talk, couldn’t form a coherent thought other than the man before him did know him that well, and holy shit, Brian loved him for it. He lifted his chin and kissed Josh. He could feel Josh’s smile even before the kiss broke.
Josh gently pushed him away. “Sir, may I see your driver’s license?”
Brian quickly pulled out his wallet and handed him the card. Josh’s expression turned cold and serious. Brian’s gut tightened with appreciation for the impressive figure he cut. It also completely knocked the humor out of Brian and starched his willing cock.
“I’m sorry, Mr. McCray, but I’m going to have to search you for illegal weapons. We have an All Points Bulletin out on a man matching your description hiding a weapon of selfdestruction in his pocket.”
Brian bit back a laugh when Officer Severn glared at him unflinchingly. “Yes, sir. However I can help. I’m happy to do my civic duty for the men in blue.”
“Please put your hands on the hood of my vehicle, and spread your legs.”
Brian hurried to obey. Josh’s hands slid over his shoulders, chest, sides, and back, patiently searching every part of him. Brian’s body tingled with awareness. His cock ached for attention and when Josh finally skimmed his hips and pockets, Brian got the barest of touches to his shaft. He groaned roughly.
“Put your hands on your head,” Officer Severn barked urgently.
Brian did as he was told. Chill metal snapped around his wrists. “Officer? What did I do?”
“You’re guilty of being in possession of an explosive device.”
Brian did laugh then.
Officer Severn slapped Brian’s ass and leaned over to talk darkly into his ear. “I wouldn’t laugh, Mr. McCray. This is a very serious offense. One that requires action and punishment.”
Brian’s breath caught and held. Officer Severn reached around him and unbuttoned his pants. He slid them to Brian’s ankles, leaving him bare-assed. Severn shoved a hand in the middle of Brian’s back and bent him over the hood of the cruiser. Brian couldn’t stifle the moan of need.
The engine warmed hood and hard metal on his own heated flesh, the cool air blowing across his ass and the slight roughness of pressed cotton blend pants at the backs of his thighs were enough to having him leaking.
“Officer, I’ll do anything you want. Just don’t put me in prison.” Brian decided this was the best game ever. Maybe they could do this every year on their anniversary. Maybe they’d find all the ways possible to fuck on and in the cruiser, then go back
