they’re in here, too.”
She looked up at him. “You got me there.” She looked around the place. “Where’s Jerry?”
Marty stood on his toes and scanned the aisles as well. “There he is, by the leather clothing.”
Lacy sighed. She didn’t even want to know. She continued looking around for the material she wanted. She found a few books, but the DVDs she wanted were behind a black curtain. That didn’t make sense. “Why would they hide the porno movies, this is a porno shop.”
“It’s an adult store,” Jerry corrected, coming up behind her. “But some stuff is so racy they still hide it in the back.”
“I hate that. Now if I go back there, the clerk will be thinking, ‘look at that woman getting the kinky stuff.’”
Marty and Jerry both laughed. “The fact that you’re in here, Lacy, tells them you’re not looking for bakeware,” Jerry said.
“Would you like us to go back there with you?” Marty asked, as he picked up a book on BDSM.
“I hope you’re not getting any other ideas,” Lacy snatched the book and placed it back on the shelf. “I guess you can…oh, no. I can’t let you come back there with me, or even stand at the check out.”
Marty and Jerry shared a glance then looked back at her.
    “What?” Marty asked.
“Think about it. If I go in there and buy several DVDs that feature ménage à trois, and you two go in there with me, what do you think the clerks are going to think?”
“That we’re going to have one hell of a night.” Jerry chuckled.
    Marty snickered.
“You two are a lot of help.” Lacy rolled her eyes and walked to the back room. She looked left and right and toward the entrance. When she was about to pull back the black curtain a woman with inky, spiked black hair and tattoos approached her.
    “May I help you?”
“Uh…no. I’m fine, really.” Lacy wanted to run.
“We have a huge selection of adult films, you could get lost. Any particular theme you’re looking for?”
She wanted to get out of the place fast. If she looked for the films by herself, she could be there forever. If she told the clerk exactly what she wanted, she could probably pull a few off the shelf just like that. “You know, you can help me. I am looking for a particular type of film.”
“What kind is that?” The girl asked as she pulled back the curtain.
“Ménage à trois, threesomes only, nothing more,” she said, shaking her hands for emphasis.
“Oh.” The girl scanned the room and saw Marty and Jerry standing by the adult magazine aisle waving at Lacy. She turned back to face her with a big grin. “Of course, we have plenty of those, and you’re in luck, we have a lot produced and directed by women, so the hot sex is still there, but it’s more romantic.” She waved Lacy into the room.
She wanted to say something because she knew what the girl had to be thinking. But she decided to let it go. She wouldn’t believe her anyway. Besides, it looked more and more like she’d be engaging in this sooner or later. But she wanted to try looking at the films first, before she tried anything more adventurous. And looking at both Marty and Jerry, did she really think the clerk would believe she just wanted videos for research only?
“These DVDs here are all by women. These two I think would be perfect for you and your friends.”
Oh Lord . “Yes, let me see.” She grabbed one of the DVDs and looked at the cover. Well, wasn’t this a coincidence. It had a picture of two Caucasian men having their way with an African-American woman. From the look on her face, and the way she had her mouth open, she looked like they were pleasing her very well.
She found herself enthralled by the photos. Would she feel like this woman? Would Marty and Jerry give her pleasure the likes of which she’d never experienced? Was a ménage à trois all of that, or overrated? The only way those questions would be answered was by firsthand experience, not by a book or DVD.
