drinks tonight? There is this new bar, well a strip club that I heard was a nice hang out spot. About the new business, I’m ready. I’ll see what’s up with our man Kade, and see if he is still down.”
“You want me to go to a damn strip club? It isn’t the one you met your wife in is it?”
“Hell no, this is a new one. Do you know no one except you and Eric know that’s how I met her? Please never tell Li, or anyone else. Can you imagine what my parents would say? Their already giving me hell because I want to open up my own tattoo shop, and I married a stripper I knocked up? I would definitely be disowned.”
“Ha, I still can’t believe that she suckered you into marrying her ass. But , you got a wonderful son out of it.” I say as I pat my cousin on the shoulder. He is a good man, his wife is a little on the crazy side, but he is a good father and takes great care of AJ.
“Alright man, I need to get some work done. Text me the details and I will meet you tonight.” I say as Ashton goes to his office. I call Li, to check on her and the girls, she isn’t going in to work today. I really wish she would just take time off, but she’s one of the top lawyers at her firm.
I go through the work day, it actually goes pretty quick. Lila and the girls brought me lunch. I told her I was going out with Ashton, but she doesn’t question me at all. Hell, I rarely go out anyways. Well without her that is. I thought our life was perfect, I just don’t get why the hell she did this, it runs through my mind constantly.

Ashton sent me a text with the name and address of the club. The Peephole, what a name for a strip club. Lila is out with her mom and the girls. I text her to tell her I’m having drinks with Ashton. She still doesn’t question me. I never keep secrets from her, apparently she does me though. I would never do anything to jeopardize our family, I love that woman more than any goddamn thing in this world. I’ll tell her it’s a strip club tomorrow.
I’m to meet Ashton in the parking lot on the left side of the building. This place is huge, it’s in the upper class area for sure. I’ve never seen a strip joint look this nice anywhere, hell, not even in Vegas. I arrive there a little early, so I just lean up against my car to wait for Ashton. I thought once I would text Li, and tell her where I am, but I let my stubbornness kicked in and decided not to.
I really hope that she was truly done with Evan. Deep down I thought if she got the opportunity to do it again, would she. I know I shouldn’t th ink like that but damn, she fucks him every time she sees him. I need a strong stiff drink, I just need to let loose. I see Ashton’s car pull up, but he wasn’t driving. I look closer and it was Christabell. What the hell, he is bringing her? But it looks like she is just dropping him off.
“Damn Ashton, your wife drops you off at the strip club?” I laugh.
“Hey man, yeah I had her to. I knew you would be getting wasted tonight so I thought it was a good idea. I didn’t really want to leave AJ with her, but she seemed sober. I just hope she doesn’t sell my shit while I’m gone.”
“ I hope not either. You got to do something about that. Well, thanks for looking out for me. Now let’s get our drink on, it’s been a long time coming.” I say as we walk to the gate, there are bouncers everywhere. The music that is coming from inside sounds like something at an actual night club. We walk in and there are four stages, and dancers on all of them.
“What do you think Liam? I hear there are some very hot and erotic dancers that work here. There’s also a dance floor on the second floor. They have fifty private rooms. Do you want a private show?” Ashton asks as he cocks his head back laughing.
“Well, I don’t think that will be necessary, I just want to drink. I have a beautiful and very sexual woman at home that will give me whatever I want.”
    “Damn, T.M.I ., bro. I will
