erections and their features had tightened with desire, the same way Blade’s had been last night when he’d released her from the restraints.
Just as she thought of him, he burst through the back door looking desperate. She saw his relief when he spotted her and frowned at Clay as he moved to stand between her and his friend defensively.
Boone and Chase, of course, had stopped working and looked on in amusement at the scene unfolding before them.
    “Damn it, Clay.”
“You have Jesse to thank for distracting me from giving Kelly the spanking she deserves,” Clay told Blade ruthlessly. “You know I have every right to do it.”
“Not if I claim her.” Blade’s softly spoken words echoed in the dead silence of the room.
    “Are you claiming her?”
    “Yes.” Blade’s replied swiftly.
Kelly peered around Blade in time to see Clay’s lips twitch.
Both Boone and Chase looked incredulous.
Kelly felt bubbles of delight burst inside her.
    Blade had claimed her!
Clay smiled in satisfaction, but warned, “If you hurt her, I’ll have to hurt you.”
Blade nodded at the larger man unflinchingly. “Understood.”
Hearing his truck engine roar to life, Clay winked at Kelly and headed for the door. “Gotta go.”
Kelly looked up when Blade turned to face her. “Hi.”
    “Hi, yourself.”
She closed her eyes when she felt Blade’s lips on her forehead and heard Boone tell Chase, “I guess she’s off limits, too.”
Kelly’s eyes fluttered open when Blade lifted his head and turned sharply to Chase.
“Have you been messing with my woman?”
Chase grinned at Blade. “Define messing.”
Apparently knowing Chase well, Blade chuckled and turned to Boone.
“Can’t you do anything with your brother?”
“Are you kidding? He flirts with every woman in town. One of these days, some husband is gonna come after him and teach him a lesson.”
“Then all the women will feel sorry for me and spoil me rotten,” Chase retorted with a leer.
Blade circled an arm around Kelly and pulled her close.
“I think a better revenge will be when you two find a woman and settle down. I wonder what Chase will do when every man in town flirts with his woman.”
Shocked, Kelly shot a look at Blade when both Boone and Chase’s smiles fell and their eyes took on a haunted look.
“I don’t think that’s ever gonna happen,” Boone said softly. “Come on Chase, let’s get some work done.”
When Kelly started to speak, Blade shook his head warningly.
“Come with me,” Blade told her with a glance at his friends. “Then, I have to leave. I’m going to be late for my appointment with Rachel. She’s doing something for me.”
Kelly’s eyes widened in amazement when both Boone and Chase spun, their stances threatening as they faced Blade.
“What is Rachel doing for you?” Boone asked tightly.
Not looking at all threatened, Blade smiled darkly. “That’s between Rachel and me. Why do you care anyway? Oh, by the way, she did mention to me that she needed more organized storage, like this.” He gestured toward the cabinets. “Rachel told me she can’t afford it right now, but she needs space for her panties.”
Blade smirked, ignoring the dangerous glitter in Boone’s eyes and the way Chase’s fists clenched spasmodically at his sides. “Rachel sure does have a wonderful assortment of panties, lots of colors and styles. She really does need more storage for them, you know, a way to keep the thongs and the crotchless panties separate.”
Pretty sure that Blade talked about the lingerie store that Rachel owned needing the storage, Kelly wondered why he worded it in such a way that it sounded personal.
Why did both Boone and Chase look like they wanted to kill him?
“Come on, Kelly. I want to talk to you.”
Blade folded her hand in his and led her out the back door. Once outside he turned and pulled her roughly against him. “You belong to me. I claimed you. You didn’t deny my claim. And you owe
