in you, but I am not going to have you for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I am sure you will make a tasty snack.”

Chapter Eleven
Hell, she wanted to be scared. Everyone knew you had to be scared of aliens. She would bet there was even a hotline to call if you met one. Maybe it was a hotline to get people who called about aliens off the street.
“Does the government know about you?”
“The better question, doll, is does the government care? As long as I get done what they and the military want, they won’t look too close.”
“Tell me. Tell me how you got here. Tell me why I shouldn’t curl up in a little ball and wait for a chance to escape.”
“My brothers and I were created.”
“What does that mean? According to our bible, we were created too.
“I read your bible. You were created by a loving God. We were created by scientists that wanted monsters to protect them.”
“Created is such a little word with such large implications. If I walked this world because I was created instead of evolving on it, does that make me any better or worse than those who evolved here?”
“The people on my planet are delicate, at least that is how they see themselves. They were enmeshed in wars for many centuries, thousands of centuries, before peace prevailed. Eventually, they turned from war, unifying their planet and becoming a peaceful species that kept to themselves. They studied and became powerful in science and technology.”
A world that was peaceful. Wonder what that had been like?
“Then they were attacked. It happened slowly, over a long period of time. A battle with this planet or another. The more they became known as peaceful and advanced, the more they became a target. They went with shields first, shields to cover the planet to keep the marauders away. Technology can only do so much when there are planets out there that want everything you have. They made the shields, and others found a way around them.”
“Why didn’t they fight? We would have fought.” Would earth put aside its differences and fight as a planet? Who knew, but she was sure they would have managed something.
“They had lost the ability. They had spent so much time developing their minds, their science, that their bodies no longer held the capabilities to fight, or so they said. Personally I think they were scared and didn’t want to admit it.”
Fear was horrible, it would have you locked in a bathroom sitting on the floor next to a door when the person you were already addicted to was on the other side. She could understand fear.
“So what did they do next?”
“They kept refining the shields, as they looked for a champion. They built robots and weapons for the robots to use. No matter how they tried, though, they could not develop an AI that could be used for war. Eventually, they gave up. That’s when a group of scientists going against the government came up with us.”
“What? They couldn’t handle robots so they made people?”
“We’re not that easy to create. They had been silently working on creating life in a tube so that the women of the planet would not have to actually bear the
children. Problem was, they didn’t want killers getting their hands on their women. Women are rare, even more rare there than here.”
“I am pretty sure we outnumber the men here.”
“I am thinking of the handful of women who could handle us.”
He meant sexually, she was sure of that, which made her nipples ache even more as they got harder. She moved trying to feel comfortable on the floor as her sex throbbed again. Couldn’t she let him have her just once before she stormed out and never looked back?
    “Am I a prisoner?”
“No, would you like to come out of the bathroom?”
    “Nope, I am good.”
Not a prisoner. She could leave whenever she wanted to, so why was she still sitting on the floor?
    “Continue.”
“They began to create fighters, warriors who would protect the planet. It didn’t go well. They
