be here soon, we don’t need a floor show.”
Alex brushed my hair to the side as he kissed my neck. “I’m just teasing.”
“Oh so that’s the game we are playing?” I looked back at him, unable to suppress my amusement.
“Ok, well on that note I’m going to check on Hannah.” James shook his head as he walked away from us.
“Your move, Ms Reed.” Alex whispered, looking fairly pleased with himself.
“Give me a minute,” I held my finger up before I walked out the door and down the hallway.
I found the bathroom and pushed open the door. I bit my lip as I closed the door firmly and swiftly removed my barely there mesh and lace panties. I scrunched them tightly into my palm before reopening the door and walking back to re-join Alex.
Alex raised an eyebrow as I sauntered over.
    “Your hand, Mr. Stone.”
He furrowed his brow, perplexed yet still amused as he held out his right hand.
I placed the delicate fabric into his hand before curling his fingers around it. His eyes opened wide in recognition of the fact he was now holding my panties in his hand. His mouth was agape as I leaned in and declared: “Check Mate.”

Chapter 6 – Getting Some Air
A steady stream of guests arrived, each baring various sized and shaped boxes. Hannah was surrounded by family and friends who were showering her with affection and attention.
Alex had concealed my panties in his pocket just as Andrea and Paul, James’ parents had entered the room.
“Alexander, you look pale.” Andrea fussed as she touched Alex’s forehead.
“I just need some air, Mrs B.” Alex excused himself, shaking Paul’s hand before he stalked over to the bar where I had positioned myself.
I sipped my drink purposefully, unable to hide my wicked smirk.
“What were you trying to accomplish with that little stunt you just pulled?” Alex’s breath was laboured as he leaned across the bar to me, “because right now, my need for you has superseded my desire to be polite.”
“Oh really? And what do you propose we do? Sneak off into the bushes or perhaps you’d prefer the bathroom down the hall?”  I smiled as I lowered the glass from my lips.
“Follow me,” Alex hissed as he lead me out the french doors and into the courtyard which had been illuminated with fairy lights. His hand tightly grasped my wrist as he pulled me further down the paved path to where a large swimming pool was situated.
    “Alex, seriously....” I hesitated.
Alex stopped when we got to the small pool house at the far end of the pool. We could still hear the low sound of chatter and music from the main house. He opened the door and led me inside, closing the door behind us.
The pool house hadn’t been used in a while but was still immaculate. I imagined that Hannah and James used this as guest house as it had all the comforts of a small cottage. The moonlight flooded the room through the large square windows and as my eyes adjusted I was able to see a small, quaint kitchen with a small breakfast bar to the right and a modest sized living area to the left.
Alex pushed up against me, the full length of his body pressed on my smaller frame forcing me to walk backwards until I was hindered from moving further by a large grey sofa.
“Lexi, you make me feel things no one has ever made me feel before. All rational thought leaves me when I am around you. I need you.”
He pressed his lips on mine, his desperation to be close evident in his loss of control. His hands travelled down my back, pressing me closer into his chest. I responded by linking my arms around his neck, our kiss deepening. I leaned back onto the sofa, hooking my leg around his hip. He let out a small, animalistic groan as the heel of my shoe accidentally bit into his flesh.
I couldn’t speak, I didn’t want to speak. In my mind I knew we should be back in the main house with all the other guests but my heart and my body prohibited it. I need to be here, with him, in this moment.
    He silently
