A Double Dose of Billionaire (Part One)
does. It hurts like hell and my butt is still
sore."
Ryan was putting his trousers back on. "You'll
learn, pumpkin. You might not like it hard now, but you'll be
begging for it in a month."
I stuck my tongue out at him. "Like hell I
will."
He shook his head, grinning. "You
will."
    ***
When I finally managed to escape their claws
and walked out of the office, my colleagues looked at me in a
strange way. They went hush and didn't say a thing—I wasn't sure if
they kept quiet because today was my first day here, or because
they all knew that I just fucked two of their bosses.
    Yeah, they definitely knew what
happened.
I lowered my head, finding the floor more
interesting than usual as I made my way to my desk. I sat down and
began trying to continue where I left off with Riley's
schedule.
    I couldn't concentrate one bit.
How could I concentrate? I stood out like a
sore thumb amongst judging, unfamiliar colleagues and had to manage
an unstable and uncertain relationship with my bosses.
How did my life come to this? Before that
horrible one night stand, my life sucked, but it sucked in a normal
way. Now I had to deal with this mess, despite the amazing sex
making up for it.
Could I never have a proper nine-to-five job
ever again?
I banged my head on my desk—softly, so that
nobody would hear my frustration.
I pinched the bridge of my nose and counted as
I breathed, trying to calm myself down.
And why was it that even with all this
trouble, confusion, and social problems, I felt happier than I ever
had in my whole life?
A call from the CEO's office woke me up from
my moment of self-questioning.
    "Hello?"
I couldn't tell if it was Riley or Ryan
without seeing them in person—they sounded too similar. "Meet us at
the lobby after work. We'll pick you up."
"Aren't I following Tyrone back to my
place?"
"No, you're not. You're following us back to
our place."
    "What? Who decided that?"
"Us. Boss's orders. Don't try to run away or
we'll have to reconsider your bonus."
"Oh, you have to use monetary sanctions now?
Very smooth." Come to think of it, what was I getting paid to put
up with all this crap?
"It's only because you're being so hard to
deal with. Remember, meet us downstairs and don't be
late."
"Yes, boss." I chuckled and ended the call
while shaking my head to myself.
Helena walked past me, staring at me like I
was mad.
I silenced my laughter and dragged a tired
palm down my face. Furrowing my brows, I tried to focus my
attention on Riley's schedule. I wasn't here to whore myself out to
the twins. I actually had to work.
I shifted my glance to the front door of the
CEO's office. The twins were still inside.
    I couldn't help but smile.
    Perhaps I really was mad.
