back of his head and supported his neck, and damn, but that felt fine as frog hair. He leaned into the touch, letting Adam guide him, letting the feel of that hot mouth on his flow through his whole body.
His spent cock woke right up again, like it was going to shake hands with Adam’s, give a hello and howdy. He almost pulled away to stare down at it, but Adam wouldn’t let him. No, sir, the man clung to him, hips starting to rock against his. Adam’s prick was heavy, unmistakable, and the promise of it made Sage’s mouth water.
He wanted, but he had no idea what to do. Eight years in, and he’d never, ever been the one to initiate any kind of contact.
The kiss eased up, then came back, like a wave on the edge of the water. He didn’t want to think of the beach, of California. He didn’t want to remember anything. He wanted to be right here, right now.
So he reached up, grabbed Adam’s wide shoulders, and held on, letting that big body support him when his knees sagged.
“You’re okay. Fuck, you’re so fine.” Adam’s kisses went on and on, driving him crazy.
Sage couldn’t think, couldn’t reply. When Adam’s thigh slid between his legs, all he could do was hump.
Adam was talking—encouraging him, urging him on—all the while one hand on his hip stroked him, like the man was stoking a fire. So strong. Lord, Adam was strong. That big old body never wavered, just held him up.
Sage was diamond-hard, as randy as he’d ever been—maybe more. He didn’t know. He wanted Adam to keep on.
Moaning, Adam changed the angle a little, giving him more friction.
    Oh, sweet Jesus. Yes.
Sage was fixin’ to blow his load, just lose it. It was fucking heaven, right here in his kitchen. He’d never even dreamed about such a thing, and when Adam unzipped his jeans, he stared at the man in amazement.
“Shit, honey. Look at you. So fine.” Adam’s voice had gone all husky and deep, and Sage waited, held his breath to see what happened next. When he didn’t answer, Adam stared him right in the eye and pushed that hand in Sage’s jeans to grab his cock.
    “Adam. Oh goddamn.”
That touch made him buck, push right into Adam’s palm like something had been let loose in him.
“That’s it, Sage. You’re on fire for me.” Adam kissed him again, tongue pushing into his mouth. Sage grunted, the sound echoing inside his chest, and he went up on tiptoes, driving into the kiss.
He never wanted it to end, but he had to breathe at some point, so he had to pull back and pant, his body rocking back and forth.
Adam’s eyes were on him, eating him up, and that fucking hand, it kept moving, working him like there was no tomorrow. Maybe there wasn’t a tomorrow. Maybe he’d just explode and die happy.
“Gonna.” Even though he had already. Christ.
“Good. Want to watch that.” Adam tugged harder, thumb sliding against Sage’s slit.
“Adam!” He jerked up on tiptoe and came, just like that.
“Oh God.” That long body jerked against him, and he swore he could smell Adam, too, strong and musky. Did Adam just come in his pants? Oh, Lord above.
He reached up, touched Adam’s cheek, about as stunned as he could be.
Adam smiled at him, cheek curving under his fingers. They stood there for the longest time, touching each other.
He didn’t say a word, because he didn’t want to fuck it up. Not yet.
Adam finally leaned in and kissed him before clearing his throat. “We should clean up before supper, huh?”
“Uh-huh. I…. Come on, I’ll get you a rag and a pair of shorts.” There was no way his sweats would fit Adam. Ever. “I got a washer and a dryer.”
“Thanks.” Adam laughed, then went to wash up, and it wasn’t weird. It was cool, like two guys hanging out.
He changed into shorts, gave Adam a pair, and threw the jeans in the washer. “I’ll get salsa.”
    For supper.
    Together.
