were buffed to a mirrored shine.
It didn’t end there. Through the misty haze of desire and fear, the most prominent feature in the room, the bed, riveted her. Thick canopy posts at four corners with a mystery thin draping drawn shut on one side added to the mystique. To the center was a double-king size mattress. The bed sheets were satin and glistened as if covered in liquid. She had the funny feeling that it was made to accommodate more than one person.
Destini loved beds, took extra time in deciding on Rain’s beddings and the positions of her trysts. How did the one from the pages of her novel materialize tonight? It was a coincidence. Had to be. She found it strange how the littlest details excited her. Her eyes flipped up to the binding ties, spaced appropriately, at the center of the headboard. Hot moisture gathered between her thighs from the sight of it, and she blushed.
Oh let it go, Destini. There’s no need to pretend anymore. You’re Rain tonight, so get a good look, because we’re going all the way. You did join him to go all the way, right? If not, I suggest you head for the door now .
Her lustful desires blew out her flame of resistance. She wanted it. That was what she refused to admit since she keyed the first passage on her keyboard. God help me, but I want it bad.
Dropped from a ceiling bolt were chains with cuffs. On the other side of the room was what looked to be some kind of swing… with a harness? It was fit for two. Now this was something for which she couldn’t imagine the use. Not far from it was a chair with a dildo protruding in the center, and next to that a bench shaped like a star with more cuffs for wrists and ones for feet to be bound, as the person was turned on a wheel. Strange? Her eyes moved on to another wall where several toys, whips, more cuffs, collars, beads, dildos, and creams sat behind a glass casing.
    “Feeling better now?” Sir asked.
Her head snapped around. She turned and faced her dark prince. His eyes probed deep. He was waiting for her to say something, but her quickness of mind––the only worthwhile attribute she possessed––deserted her. Then he disarmed her with the sexiest of smiles. And all she could think was: bite me. Not normal . A girl doesn’t usually look at teeth and think, bite me. This man’s teeth were very white, very strong. Flashed under a crooked smile, only briefly, she wanted to run her tongue over them. She loved a man with good hygiene.
“I have to admit, Rain,” he said as he parted his suit jacket by dropping his hands in his pant pockets, “you felt good out there. Soft, supple, that pussy of yours it’s…,” he moaned through moistened lips. “Mmm…sweet. I think tonight I’ll dine there first.”
His words were as good as his touch. She literally shivered at the sound of his deep voice. He drew closer. Decide. Decide. Are you Destini, or Rain? Choose… decide. Her mind kept repeating over and over. Destini closed her eyes and sucked in a deep breath. She chose.
“Tasty, huh? Brought me to this party room for dinner? That disappoints Rain, sweetheart. I was hoping we’d do more than dine tonight.”
His facial expression showed surprise. He was either amused or thrown by her show of confidence. Destini nodded that she was indeed in the game with him, but not quite the submissive he had expected. “You like to party? Me too. Careful though, I’m better at this than you.” She strolled around the room.
Sir chuckled. He shook his head, possibly in disbelief. But Destini held to her script, to her purpose, to her decision. She planned to take as much as she gave. His hand came out of his pocket and a black scarf, dangled between fingers.
    “What’s that for?”
Sir’s smile faded. Mystery and something else unreadable darkened his eyes. “Turn around for me,” he said, his lips barely moving.
Destini stared at the scarf. Of course she knew what it was for. But she wasn’t quite ready yet. Some verbal
