SATED: #3 in the Fit Trilogy
met. She felt totally safe with him. And he might have been a little impulsive, trying to drop his pants at the slightest suggestion, but he always backed off, even if she wasn’t completely sure she wanted him to stop. Plus she could always snap or pizza her way out of the situation. It wasn’t Daniel, it was something else she couldn’t put into words, but it made her nervous as hell.
He stood and gently stroked her cheek. “Talk to me. What’s wrong?”
    “I’m scared.”
“You’re not used to being this vulnerable?”
“No, I’m not.” The problem was Keira didn’t hate it. She liked being naked for Daniel and she wanted to see what he had planned for the rest of the night. But that didn’t change the fact that her heart felt like it was going to beat right through her chest. And she didn’t like the idea of not being able to touch him. And, on the other hand, she didn’t want him to untie her. Why was submitting so freaking confusing?
Daniel leaned down and kissed her. That cleared up some of the confusion. “Do you want to stop? We don’t have to do this.”
    “No. I want this. I’m sorry. I’m just…”
“Let’s try it for two minutes and after two minutes I’ll check in with you and we’ll see how you feel. No pressure to snap or anything.”
“And you’re still going to gag me? Cause you don’t want me to talk the whole time?”
“I’m going to gag you because I want you to see what it feels like to experience something without being able to comment until it’s finished. So what do you say? You want to try?”
Keira nodded, then added, “Yes.” She wasn’t sure what else she could say. She wanted to be with Daniel and she wanted to try something new. Fear came with the unknown sometimes and she was just going to have to deal.
Daniel wound a strip around Keira’s face once, covering her mouth, then dipped down and threw her over his shoulder. For some weird reason as he carried her down the hall to his room, Keira started to pretend that she was being kidnapped. And for some even weirder reason it was the idea of being kidnapped—not being naked, not Daniel’s kiss, but the thought of being taken by force, to be used by some strange man—that made her wet. She closed her eyes and pretended to accept her fate, stifling a small giggle as they made their way down the hall.

Daniel had taken the whole ride from the arcade to get his mind right, but Keira had tripped him up with all her chatter. Most of the submissives he’d played with had been trained by Master Philip and Mistress Evelyn. A few had been whipped into shape by Armando. They were all different. All had their quirks, but none of them talked as much as Keira. He didn’t mind all her talking, not at all. The problem was that listening to Keira talk took him out of his headspace, because when he should have been handling business he just wanted her to keep on jabbering. Her ridiculousness had made him laugh, it kept him guessing. He loved her energy. He could easily sit around talking to her all night, but he really, really wanted to have sex with her. At the very least he had to make her come.
When they reached his bedroom he made a decision. He initially considered taking things easy on Keira. She was already bound, wrists and ankles. Her mouth was covered so she couldn’t say a word. In some ways that might be enough for her first night playing the role of submissive, but he had to give her more. He wasn’t going to go nuts and take things all the way to the edge, but he needed to push her a little more, see if he could reach a place where he could at least see the edge far off in the distance. He gently laid Keira on the bed on her side. She was breathing normally, if not a little heavier than usual. He took a moment to remove his arm. It helped with the tape, and he’d had submissives ask for some of his other attachments, but he wanted full skin-to-skin contact.
