say. “You have one hour to get to Midway Airport.”
    “Who the fuck is this?”
“No questions. Just get there.” The line goes dead.
    “Baby, what’s wrong?” Harmony asks.
“Nothing, I have to go,” I tell her, grabbing my Glock and car keys.
“I’m coming too,” she yells, following close behind me.

Pulling up in front of Midway Airport, I damn near hit the light pole trying to park.
“What the fuck Sincere?” Harmony screams out. “You’re trying to kill the both of us with your driving?”
“You should have stayed at the fucking house,” I tell her, checking my piece making sure it is on the same page as me.
“They said meet them here in one hour but yet these niggas aren’t nowhere to be found,” I explain to her, banging on the steering wheel.
“Baby, calm down. She’s going to be fine.”
“Man, I know yo’ dad has something to do with this shit.”
“How you know that Sincere?” she asks, as if the facts are not there.
“Because Daniel said my grandma got shot two times in her chest. That’s how I know. Your dad always said he would make my family pay, if I fucked with you. This has his name written all over it.” I wave my finger in her face.
“Don’t take your anger out on me.”
“If something happens to my baby sis it’s going to be a cold day in hell for your family,” I warn her.
“What the hell? Don’t take your fucking anger out on me. And stop making threats to me. I’m not the enemy, Sincere.”
    “How I know that?”
    Slap!
“You got one more time. And my fist is going to be the next thing that’s going to be connecting with your face. Don’t ever question my loyalty. I’m at risk of losing my fucking job and serving prison time over you.”
“What the fuck Harmony?!” I shout.
Reacting to her actions without thinking, my hands wrap around her neck, hugging her tight like when her pussy walls wrap around my dick.
“Hit me one more time and I swear that will be the last hit you pass.”
“Sincere let me go,” she cries out, bringing me back to reality. I watch as the tears stream like a waterfall down her beautiful face.
“Baby, I’m sorry,” I tell her.
“Fuck you!” she screams, creating her own rage.
“I don’t know what came over me. You know I would never put my hands on you.”
“Fuck your sorry. Sorry didn’t choke me, you did!” she screams at me, and then opens the car door.
“Please don’t leave me,” I whisper, grabbing her arm.
“I can’t do this shit Sincere. I’m not a fucking punching bag. And I refuse to be treated like one,” she expresses her feeling.
“Please don’t, not at this time.” Before I knew it, my own tears are running down.
“Sincere,” she says, closing the door, bringing her body over towards mines and kissing me deeply. “If and I mean if my father is behind all this, I’ll put a bullet in his ass myself and you know that. But as for now don’t go around putting your hands on me 'cause you're upset. Shit, I wanna choke a nigga too. That’s my sister as well. But—.” Before she can finish, my phone begins to ring.
“This shit better be good!” I yell into the phone.
“You see a black Chevy?” the caller asks.
    “Yeah, what about it?”
“Where you see it at then?” the caller asks, laughing.
“Man, stop playing these kid ass games and tell me where my sister is at.”
“She’s in a black Chevy, baby boy.”
“Just like that? With no strings attached?”
“Go to the car and see,” he says before hanging up.
“Wait here. I’ll be back,” I tell Harmony.
Exiting the car and making my way over towards the opposite side of the parking lot it doesn’t take long before I make it to the black tinted Chevy.
“This shit can’t be this easy,” I say out loud, going towards the car.
Opening up the door, staring me in the face is a note written on cardboard.
