ain't stupid though. I been stackin' my paper over the years, just in case the day came when I couldn't take his shit no more. Whenever he'd give me cash I'd bank at least five g's. Shit, I got almost six hundred thousand in a savings account, and the interest is growin' like a mufucka. You got bitches out there who keep takin' bullshit from a nigga 'cause they depend on him and shit. They spend all the money a nigga give them. Not me, shit. I know what's up. I love him though and I take his shit at times because I love him so much. How do you feel about Mel?"
"I love him Yanna, and I know he loves me. I don't understand it. I do everything he wants and he still cheat. Why do men do the shit they do?" She asked looking at me like I had the answers to all of life's mysteries.
"I don't know Maya. It's easy to say that they cheat 'cause they men and it's their nature, but to me that's a bunch of bullshit. That's just a fuckin' excuse that men feed us to make us tolerate that shit. Well you know what Maya? Fuck Ablo. If he wanna play games then I got a bag full of 'em. Fuck this faithful bullshit. For what? For him to still run out and cheat on me? Nol, fuck that shit. I can't keep playin' the fool for his ass. I'm gonna show him that two can play the cheatin' game," I laughed wickedly.
Maya looked at me and grinned. "Bitch please. Ablo'll fuck you and that nigga up."
"Fuck who up? What Ablo don't know won't hurt his ass. Plus he trust me. He'll never think I'll cheat on him."
"You trippin' Yanna. I don't know why the fuck you wasted your time tellin' him it's over when you know you goin' take him back," Maya pointed out.
"Yeah, but I like fuckin' wit' Ablo. I can bribe him and shit. Plus, I love when he begs. It makes me believe in the power of this good pussy. It don't matter how many other bitches he fuck, he still sprung on my shit. He always talkin' 'bout how easy it is for him to just drop them other bitches, but he can't let me go. He just don't want me to fuck another nigga," I said.
There was a loud knock at the door. "Maya! Maya! I't s Ablo! Open up! I got Mel wit' me!" Diablo yelled.
"Yeah right Ablo! Mel got a key!" Maya yelled back.
"Maya, is Yanna in there!?" He asked.
I shook my head. "Tell him no," I whispered.
"NO! So go away before I get kicked out 'cause of your loud ass!" Maya yelled.
"Yanna! Baby, I know you in there! I know I fucked up and baby, I'm sorry!"
"She ain't here Ablo!"
"Yanna! Yanna, please don't do this shit baby," he pleaded. "Baby, I love you. Only you!"
"Look Yanna. You know he ain't goin' leave 'till you talk to him. Now, you need to do that before I end up homeless," she whispered.
Diablo pounded on the door even harder. "Yanna! Yanna! Open the door!"
I got up and opened the door. "What?" I asked with an attitude.
"Baby," Ablo said attempting to kiss me. I turned away. 'Sweat me mufucka', I thought to myself.
"I thought Carmen was your baby," I said.
"Let me come in and talk to you."
"Hell no. You must be deaf Ablo. I told you that it's over nigga, and don't be comin' over here actin' all stupid. This my sister's crib, not mine, so respect her space."
Maya looked at me. "'Good night Yanna, and please keep it down." She looked at Ablo. "Goodnight Ablo."
"Goodnight," I said. "See you in the mornin'."
"Goodnight Maya, and I apologize for bangin' on your door and yellin' and shit," Diablo said.
She nodded. "It's cool," she said and walked out.
"Yanna. Let me in baby," Diablo pleaded with his eyes.
"A'ight, but I ain't leavin' wit' you, so don't even ask. I'm stayin' right here."
I let him in and closed the door.
"You comin' wit' me Yanna. You my woman and you belong wit me."
"I ain't your fuckin' woman. Shit, you made that perfectly clear tonight." I crossed my arms across my chest defiantly.
He let out a frustrated sigh. "What you want me to
