am resolved - absolutely. I don’t waiver from that course. Ever. I wouldn’t be where I am today if I did. And what I want is you - all of you . This past week, you’re all I’ve thought, there’s nothing I want more, nothing I need more than you in my life Gabriella from now on. You are mine baby. I’ll protect what we are building together with everything I have. Ruthlessly. Now what you need to decide is – can you handle that? Because I will warn you now, after tonight, there is no going back for either of us. Are you with me Gabriella?”
Somewhere deep down a faint inner voice cautions me that I may be in way over my head, but there’s no denying my heart. And it categorical wants Aidan Stone. Somehow I know instinctively that it always will.
“Yes, yes I’m with you Aidan,” I say, smiling tentatively.
Wiping the tears from my cheeks with his thumbs, Aidan leans in kissing my nose, murmuring, “No more tears baby. Okay?”
                  Nodding, my smile widens. “Okay.”
“Good. Now that’s settle, lets go to bed,” murmurs Aidan, tugging me forward into the hard muscled wall of his chest once more.
“You’re staying here the night with me.”
He gently places a kiss on my forehead , sliding his hands from around my upper back and down entwining them with mine as he leads us towards the bedroom.
“Oh wait, hang on a sec. I just need to text Mia to let her know I won’t be home tonight,” I say, reluctantly withdrawing from Aidan’s hold and heading towards my purse lying on the couch. “I don’t want her to worry.”
“Okay but hurry up baby,” he urges, “There’s nothing more I want right now than to be buried balls deep inside your tight hot little pussy. ”
With just those handful of words my whole body shudders delightfully, moisture instantaneously gathers within my core, clenching in carnal anticipation. It seems my body has missed Aidan almost as much as my heart has this past week.
    Chapter Seven

I woke startled, gasping for breath. The room was pitch black with the exception of a faint glow ghosting through the bedroom window stemming from the shimmering moonlight. Adjusting my eyes slowly to the darkness, I look at the bedside clock on Aidan’s side of the bed – it was barely four in the morning.
Sitting up, I try to think what could have woken me this early and left me feeling edgy and alarmed but I drew a blank. I couldn’t remember what I had been dreaming about.
Normally I slept like the dead most nights and after last nights emotional rollercoaster not to mention our marathon sex session I should have been out like a light. My heart was slowing returning to its normal rhythm but yet I just couldn’t shake this feeling of… restlessness.
Beside me Aidan was sound asleep, lying on his back, one arm stretched up behind his head, the other slung low around his waist, a silky hunk of his chocolate brown hair lay haphazardly across his forehead. He looked so peaceful sleeping, so peaceful and so incredibly beautiful. His broad tanned chest was rising gradually up and down as he inhaled and exhaled. Strong masculine jawline that looked even sexier shadowed lightly with stubble and his soft full lips were slightly parted.
I slowly and carefully bent down so as not to wake him and brushed my mouth against his. Even in sleep his magnetism was irresistible, I was irrepressibly drawn to him. Aidan stirred slightly, mumbling something under his breath and I drew back not wanting to disturb him further.
Quietly, I slip out of bed, padding lightly out to the kitchen where I
