was feeling very spoiled. Ben had gotten her a first
class ticket. She never knew that it was so much nicer and the seats were so
much bigger than the ones in coach. The flight attendants were kind and gave
her practically anything she wanted. Could she ever go back to coach?
So far the plane ride had been very calm, with little
turbulence. However, she was still anxious for the flight to be over. But at
least she had some quiet time, and she had a lot of thinking to do.
Unfortunately, she hadn’t been able to get her car back before she left, but
Ben gave her the code to his garage and told her where the spare key was. She
was now driving one of the many cars he owned—a silver Mercedes. Wow, was the
car luxurious. She didn’t want to give it back.
He had taken care of everything. The fact that he hadn’t
been married before shocked her. How was it possible that some woman hadn’t
snatched him up yet? She had every intention of keeping him.
As Jane gazed out the window, she knew she needed a
distraction. She didn’t fly often. The thought of being high up in the air
scared her. If the plane fell she was screwed. Shaking her head, she decided it
was best to have those thoughts after the next flight. She still had to go
home. For now, she decided to put on headphones and watch the romantic comedy
that played on the screen ahead of her.
The flight wasn’t too long. As she grabbed her bag from the
overhead compartment, she was able to breathe a sigh of relief. She had made it
here, and the ride had been fairly smooth.
Once the attendant announced they were able to get off the
plane, Jane got into the forming line and made her way to the exit door. As she
walked into the airport, she immediately searched for Ben. Her eyes met his and
a grin spread across her face. She quickly made her way to Ben. He looked even
better than she remembered, and it sent flutters through her knowing that he
belonged to her.
Ben leaned in and let his lips meet hers and all felt right
again. Her everyday stresses were forgotten, and the only thought she had was
that she never wanted the kiss to end. But one thing might make the moment
better—if they were in his hotel room where they could let the kiss go as far
as they wanted.
    “I missed you,” she said.
    “I missed you too.”
“How crazy is this?” Jane giggled.
    “What do you mean?”
    “Us. That’s what I mean.”
“There’s nothing crazy about us.” Ben took her hand. “Any
more bags?”
    She shook her head.
“You only brought one bag?” He genuinely seemed shocked.
“Yeah, it’s just a night. What would I need that doesn’t fit
in one bag?”
    “You’re perfect, you know that?”
    “I wish.”
“Let’s get the hell out of here.”
“You don’t have to tell me twice.” She couldn’t wait to get
to the hotel. She was starving, and not for food.

Ben was happy the hotel wasn’t far from the airport. The last
thing he wanted was a long drive. He had plans to get Jane naked and quickly.
He wanted to explore each and every part of her body over and over until she
was begging him to stop. And even then he just might keep going. There was
something about Jane that he knew he would never tire of. He hoped that while
she was here he could find out once and for all what she thought of him and
what kind of a future they would be having.
In the hotel room he watched as Jane laid her bag down and
looked around the room. “It’s no different than your room at home. Clothes
everywhere.”
“Did you think it wouldn’t be?”
Leisurely she made her way to him. “It’s one of the reasons
why I like you. I hate cleaning.”
“Is that the only reason why you like me?”
“I like the way you kiss me and how it makes me feel.”
“I’d like to see you out of these clothes and in that bed
over there.” He nodded toward the unmade bed.
She grinned and then went toward a chair. Her hands rubbed
across the back of it. “Have a seat.”
    He chuckled
